This was our first visit to Pie Tap, and we loved it. I am gluten-free and found several options on the menu to meet my needs. The happy hour offerings were excellent and included a variety of choices. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Really good pizza and cocktails, and good ambiance. However our waiter was totally zoned out during the entire experience. One pizza never showed up and when we asked him about it he said it would be another 15 minutes because they were back up (we had an early 6:30pm reservation before the main rush). 15 minutes later we had to flag him down to ask about it and he said it would be out in another 20 minutes. My wife and I make it here every Friday-it's our thing. We used to live in New York, so we're picky about pizza... and honestly, this spot does it right. Last night though, things slipped: ten minutes to get a table, then forty-five more just to order. A couple who'd arrived way later finished theirs before we'd even started. Felt absurd. I told Matt the manager-we'd paid a sitter just to sit around!-and he didn't flinch. Apologized, rushed our food...
