As an employee of the Fort Worth location, I was abruptly fired one morning with no warning when they filed bankruptcy. The employees were sent an impersonal email informing us of our job loss followed by a number to a call center for any concerns. I have yet to receive my final paycheck from them and they claim they have already paid their dismissed employees. DO NOT BOOK AN EVENT HERE! Following the bankruptcy, the refused to issue refunds to those who had paid deposits for events and instead said it could be used as credit at other locations. Many people are left with no venue for their weddings, last minute cancellations for events that were scheduled for the week of, and no return on their money to find other venues. I wouldn’t risk paying a deposit with them and losing it if more locations close.

It was better than I expected. I was there for an event didn't bowl or anything but the staff was helpful and professional.

Food is great, atmosphere is cool, service is lacking. We had to ask for utensils and napkins, even after receiving our appetizer.

Our first time and we were pleasantly surprised! We went to the Sunday brunch for our anniversary and it was AWESOME! We added the bottomless mimosas too! We will most definitely return!

I setup a brunch with a few girlfriends. Service started off well, we had to find a waitresses to refill our bottomless mimosas but, other than that. She was kind andknowledgeable.

I thought this was a nice and cozy place to bowl and spend time with family. The bowling area is pretty small so if you want to bowl here a reservation is a must unless you go during the week.
However, the lanes are more narrow and shorter than your typical bowling place. So it made it harder to keep from going in the gutter for those of us that arent the best bowlers. Also when we got there the A/C wasnt working but it wasnt too uncomfortable and they had fans in the room.
Service was great though! And the food was good!
However, I probably wouldn't bowl here again only because of the narrow lanes and they didnt have any lighter balls with bigger finger holes.
I would consider just coming back for the bistro because the food was pretty good!

I really wanted this review to be better. I'm giving it two Stars just because of the atmosphere and decor of the place. It's a nice place for a date, family or to meet a good friend. However, the food left much to be desired. Very overpriced for the quality of food and service. The waitress didn't even give us any ice for our water and on a hot summer day, a cold drink is necessary. I came because they have gluten free pasta. The pasta itself was good for gluten-free. The dish looked really good, see attached picture, but the sauce, or should I say the lack of, was just tasteless. The grilled chicken didn't have a good flavor and in my opinion the goat cheese did not mesh with it at all. Although the atmosphere is and fun I can't recommend the food. Oh, very strange they only have one unisex bathroom on the lower floor. You have to go upstairs to use the restroom. Don't think that's very smart for new construction.

If you're looking for a fun spot with a solid happy hour, Pinstripes is it. Their weekday happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 3 to 6:30 PM in the bar, bowling, bocce, and patio areas, with food and drinks ranging from $5 to $12 and 50% off all gaming. They also offer a late-night happy hour Sunday through Thursday from 8 PM to close.

We sat at the bar and had a great experience. The bartender was attentive without being overbearing, and there were plenty of food options to choose from. The fact that you can also bowl or play bocce during happy hour is a huge plus. Definitely planning to come back!

This used to be my favorite restaurant, but the quality of everything is no longer worth the price, and when the food is bad, it makes you notice all the other substandard things about the restaurant as a whole.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here with a brunch and bowling party, and it was absolutely wonderful! We had a pretty large group, but the staff was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Our waitress, Alyssa, was especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. From the hostess to the servers to the manager, everyone went out of their way to make the experience special. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend Pinstripes for any celebration!

They were out of every beer we asked for, like 4 or 5 on the menu. Food was meh. Mistakenly overcharged us on our bill (yes they fixed it) And one of the bowling lanes was closed from a leaky ceiling.
