Food was not that good. Cheese tastes like plastic. Meat also tasted like like cardboard. Food prices are as bad as the ingredients.

They got my order all wrong. I had to wait 55 minutes for an order that was supposed to take 10 minutes. And they piled Hella pepperoni on both of my pizza's.

Ordered from pizza hut because the domino's by me is awful. Pizza hut managed to somehow be worse than them on this delivery. 1) they charged me 5 bucks for a delivery fee, none of it goes to the driver, and apparently pizza hut uses door dash to deliver, so I paid them 5 bucks for no reason and then had to tip a door dash driver. 2) door dash driver sat there for 15 mins while they had to remake an order (how do you screw up pepperoni pizza???) So i felt bad and tipped him extra. 3) the sandwich they sent me reminds me of when I used to be homeless because that's exactly how 3 day old food from a trash can tastes. 4) over 1 hour wait time from order to delivery on a Tuesday night? Come on guys.
So yea, all things considered, you just can't get pizza in fort worth in under 1 hour and the order actually be correct no matter what mediocre place you order from apparently.

The lady was rude impatient and self centered didn't let it get to me still placed my order guy who took my money was awesome. Some people aren't made with people skills unfortunately

I didn't realize pizza hut had let go of it's delivery staff, my food was delivered via door dash and the driver was lost and only spoke Spanish. How is it my job to find someone to give this driver directions because pizza hut doesn't want to hire employees who speak the language of the country he lives in. Tried to call the customer service number which directs you to the online which was not working either. Figured I would post here for the world to see. Pizza hut no longer cares about it's customers, brand, or service they provide. Never ordering food from them again.

My mom ordered me a pizza Because it was ordered after midnight online I couldn't receive it until the next morning!!!! Although I love pizza hut pizza anytime I Didn't enjoy having a craving all night my heart was set on pizza and I had to wait until the morning!!

I just had a bad experience in this place, since yesterday I bought a pizza in the afternoon and a fake nail came out between the pizza, if I could give it 0 stars I would, and please cooks do not use fake nails, that is totally disgusting.

Order a pizza and picked it up, got home to eat and it was a box of fries. Call store and manager never came to the phone or call back. Very poor service. I will never used this pizza hut again.

These employees here are rude and heartless. Last night 2 employees John and Terry were throwing fireworks at the homeless while they were sleeping in the grass of the neighboring business grass. When asked if they were throwing fireworks at the people, they said yes and laughed about it. I asked their names and the man said Jose. When I went inside to ask another employee what the 2 people in the backs names were, she said John and Terry. Now, if I wouldn’t have asked for names inside, and just complained about a Jose doing this, someone else would be dealing with consequences from actions they didn’t do. Also, as I was inside, my husband said that more employees were out there as well. It was the saddest thing to witness. I did call the police

Thank you to whoever made my salad. It was awesome. So many times when I get a salad from a "not known for salads place" they are afterthoughts and the quality reflects that. Tonight someone took the time to make an amazing salad. Simple but well-done. Made my night!
