My order was wrong and when I called and spoke to the manager he was rude stating there was nothing you could do about it because it was their second busiest day of the year. Nothing but excuses avoid this place

Very good customer service! They made a small mistake on my order and apologized about 10 times. I was fine with it, no big deal. They said, they can make me something extra for free! Thats how you treat a customer! Pizza was good!

Came in with an order receipt from a carry out order that was wrong. I was undoubtedly given someone else's order and they were given mine. The way I understood was I was going to come back in next time I worked over here and they were going to remake part of my order and refund the other part. The counter girl immediately gets an attitude telling me I'm a liar and to wait till the manager comes out. So i waited then was told to explain what happened by the counter girl. Manager comes out then proceeds to lie telling me he knows who's names on the receipt and knows this guy personally and starts calling me names using profane language disrespecting me. I have never been to a place so rude and disrespectful period.

I went for the Tuesday $2 personal Pan pizza deal. I ordered 2 personal pan pizzas. The service was fast and the cashier was friendly. The pizzas were hot and fresh. However, I was thoroughly disappointed when I got home to see I only got 1 pepperoni per triangle. To make matters worst they cut the pizza directly on the pepperoni's. I did attempt to call back and make a complaint but wasn't successful.

When you try to call this Pizza Hut they act like they can’t hear you & hang up, you can clearly hear them giggling in the back ground. So unprofessional. I called three times & was hung up on everytime.

Order ready fast when carry-out. However they using delivery via Uber eats or door dash the pizza could take 2hrs to arrive. Please go back to your own delivery driver. Or limit the time they (Doordash & ubereats ) takes to deliver. Recently placed an other for a pepperoni pizza. The pizza had a sweetness to the sauce. So sweet to a point that I couldn't eat it. I ended up giving it to my dog ....and he didn't want it either. Please return you sauce recipe to how it used to be in the 90s. Until then I will not return to any pizza hut locations.

Everything was great. The reason for 3 stars is the Men's Room. OMG, it is disgusting. If i hadn't already paid, i might have left. I definitely washed my hands AND sanitized before going to my table

Very disappointed. Pizza is so dry - taste like I’m eating left overs overheated. Ordered breadsticks with soda they said they don’t have the soda i ordered so they didn’t bring anything to replace- don’t even call me to ask if i wanted something different since they didn’t have what we ordered just did being any beverage - i was forced to spend 15 dollars at the hotel for small sodas 😒
