My food wasn’t even cooked all the way. Brought some home just to take pictures. The cheese sticks was the only thing that was cooked good. Worst DINNER BOX I ever bought! Never again! My cheese not even a little cooked either ? An this was one of my favorite places to eat..Not no more I was nauseous when I got home from work too. Nope sorry Pizza Hut but you messed up! I would give it no stars if it wasn’t for the delivery driver! 15 minutes early too!!!

Ordered Delivery and never received my order even though it was marked as delivered. I tried to call the store to get a refund but got transferred to a call center and then got transferred to at least 5 different people in that call center, One of whom told me that they would send my information to the store and have them give me a call back, of course i never got that call. I tried calling again this morning, got someone at the store and was told i would be speaking with a manger just to get transferred to the same call center as yesterday. Again, i was transferred multiple times even while I was in the middle of me talking. I hung up and called back, got someone at the actual store who told me that i would have better luck just going up there to get my money back. I’ve literally never had an experience like this anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible experience here!!! Asked for breadsticks with extra seasoning and they charged me for the extra seasoning (in which they hardly put any at all on). Then I asked for a small cup of water and they were going to charge me $2 for WATER!!!! I got FREE water across the street at Chick Fil A!!!! They were rude and not caring at all!!!! I’m NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

The empty buffet and 4 tables waiting for the cook to make more. The place without light and very very climbed, the armchairs look like they have never been cleaned. 0 stars if I could.?
