If someone orders a Dr Pepper with the order, the expectation is that you give them a Dr Pepper or cancel the Dr.Pepper order and don’t automatically substitute it with a root beer!

We live a few minutes away from this location and order pizza for takeout at this location multiple times a month, it’s important for me to write this review because we have never had any issues anytime we have ordered the food is always hot and fresh! Everyone working there is always polite and attentive.

Made the family bundle order. Food arrived fine but my sauces and peppers were missing and we asked for extra sauce on the pizza and there was hardly any. Called the store the girl said she would replace it. Delivery driver showed back up an hour later and when I opened the door shes holding it in my face. I get a bag off buffalo sauce that had spilled in the bag and still no pepper that I paid for. Disappointed for sure. Im sure its just a bunch of kids running a store. Cant expect much in this situation. Yall dont care about people's money period

I spent ten minutes waiting for someone to speak to at the location. When I finally was able to speak to someone, the lady anwsering the phone was very rude. It was about 8:03pm She ended up arguing with me and overtaking not hearing what I was saying and would not listen. When I was trying to tell her that I had a different amount charged than what she was saying that was refunded. I nèeded to order again with the correct order as I had missed something I was going to add. She continuously overspoke me even though I was trying to explain to her then I could even send the email over. It was a short conversation and she hung up. I called back and she answered the phone again. Then said she was going to hang up again and did so. Extremely rude how she is employeed there is shocking or at all with her attitude. She probably shouldn't work in customer service. She absolutely had no patience and will drive customers away. Refuse to give a name for obvious reasons. Given the date and time, hopefully the manager will know who the person is and well speak to them about their customer service. So that this doesn't happen again.
