Great customer service! I had a discrepancy with my delivery. They immediately fix the order and have it delivered within 30 minutes.

Service was horribly the so called general manager name Jackie was not helpful. Got my order wrong then wouldn't replace it with the correct because I didn't have the receipt. But had all the food.

Sam is the manager of this store and was very kind polite and respectful. His store associate Maddie also was very helpful and attentive.

The Burleson Pizza Hut sucks!! Their customer service is non-existent and their Pizza is awful in Burleson that is.

I personally would much rather drive over to sycamore School road to get my pizza then get crap service in a crap pizza from Burleson.

SOOOOOO! The sycamore School road Pizza Hut location is run by good people with excellent customer service and their Pizza is delicious!

I’m just trying to figure if there is a shortage of cheese and sauce. I have never had a pizza look and taste so dry. My boneless wings. Why is the crust off the wings. Yall need to slow down and make the orders correctly.

Employees were all too busy on their cell phones to assist. Waited 8 mins just to be acknowledged at the counter despite yelling out and whistling.

The $2 pizza was hot but didn't taste right and the crust was too doughy. The cashier was welcoming and fast.

Always buy our pizzas here and never anything wrong. Today I ordered a 3 meat lg. Got home with it and it was just cheese. Too much trouble to take back....but next time I will not leave without opening box and checking.

The black skinny manager that was on the register around 7:00 PM. Well, at least he stated he was a manager he was so disrespectful. He was so nasty and to be honest the whole place is nasty looking I would never ever ever in my life eat at that location and I will be calling corporate, so be ready. It was about 10 people waiting on this day . It started when i called to check on my order . He picked up the phone and said we are not taking any more orders, dont call back what made me go inside .. when i went in . I asked for a manager . He said i am a manager watsup ..right there showed me his character.. as i asked him why he said that and hung up at that point he was arguing with me on he can say what he want . Amd added an extra 30 mins .. at that point i cancel the whole order .. NEVER AGAIN
