Very disappointed, received a burnt pizza, looks to me like the pizza was just reheated,missing toppings and then when called I can credit it another time!!Yall Service sucks

I don't know why we tried pizza hut today knowing we stopped eating this months ago! Dry undercooked pizza..crust bland and tasteless!

Look at these pictures I’m very disappointed that my food couldn’t be make the proper way. This was the second pizza that was made because the first one looked worse than this….. so for them to make me another pizza with barely any cheese on it is crazy when I complained the first time . Then to ask me if im satisfied and I say no then proceed to say ask to light sauce next time no the sauce isn’t the problem it’s the cheese…….. I say no I’ll go to another location and he proceeds to say then do that too…… no young man I been to plenty of different locations, states and other things no LEARN HOW TO MAKE A PIZZA AND NOT KICKING IT AT WORK PIZZA HUT DO BETTER!!!!!!!( and I never leave reviews but I had time tonight because food is too high to be playing with people money)

Placed an order online and had some mix up and confusion stayed respectful the whole time said sorry. Gabrielle Gonzales who took my call was very rude. Gasping, sighing and had a cynical laugh the whole time. smacking lips. I thought maybe she is having a bad day. That is until the end where she said he is in the back of the apartments i asked where in the back is he in the parking lot? as my apartments are an odd layout. and she said “whatever the back of the apartments is” in a rude tone and laughing. Sad service for someone who was being talked to respectfully and had actual questions asked from confusion. Delivery man was amazing gave a tip older gentlemen. Didn’t want to waste his time and refuse the order, or the fact my children where also hungry. which did cross my mind. Get better Workers/Customer service because there is no need for unnecessary attitude or rude behavior when someone is being nice, respectful with actual concerns. The food was good but i don’t plan on ordering here for a very long time. if at all. with customer service like this. Treat people with respect.

Was pickup for a meat lovers hand tossed. Pizza was good but I had a slice of what I was told is scicillian in Arlington. It was much better.

I’m sorry, but y’all need help in getting orders delivered timely. On a Friday night, how is there only 1 driver probably stressed out trying to keep up with the demand? I called several times wanting an update and was repeatedly told the same thing that it’s been picked up and to continue waiting. A whole hour late. I was about to call back and demand a refund but luckily the pizza ended up delivered, cold, but delivered. 🙄
