Pizza was not cooked all the way the middle was straight raw dough ,staff was so lazy they cut my large pizza into 4 huge slices and the boneless wings straight up no larger than a dime size coin .Contacted Pizza Hut corp but some Indian customer service dude just made me waste my time never got my money back .Folks stay away from this Pizza Hut before you get sick

I’m sorry but 30 bucks for a two topping pizza is absolutely ridiculous. The prices have gotten absurd and the quality is just not there for how much we are being forced to pay. Unless you come back down to earth we’re gonna be definitely ordering less in 2024. I will leave this on a positive note though, delivery times are usually pretty fast so props to your team at the Crowley location but I think you guys are pricing yourselves out of the market. Going from 10.83 to 30.00 is just flat out robbery. Gonna be hitting up Cicis and lil’ Ceasar’s more because you don’t want to offer reasonable prices.

I stopped buying Pizza Hut cause Rendon rd pizza hut made my whole family sick. But my daughter told me to try sycamore school rd location and now I buy Pizz hut again. Ur pizza taste great and will continue to buy from sycamore school rd location.
Apparently now pizza huts large is their old medium. Same price, much smaller pizza. There are way better options for this price! I've ordered from This location for many year, but you trying to save a buck just cost you a customer!

NEW UPDATE: IT IS NOW 11/07/2023 AND THE EMAIL WAS SENT OVER A WEEK AGO. I RESPONDED TO THEIR EMAIL WITH ALL THE INFORMATION THEY REQUESTED AND I'VE GOT NO RESPONSE. JUST SILENCE. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY WITH PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN!!UPDATE: I sent and email as requested, however, it's been 5 days and nothing. I guess they don't want to make things right, just look like they do in the reviews.The pizza was Luke warm. I was very disappointed that it was not hot. The crust was very thin but I ordered stuffed crust. Barely any cheese but what was there wasn't even melted. It has already solidified. Asked for way sauce but there was no sauce to be found. Was not impressed. We always get our pizza from those location and never had any issues before now but makes me not want to order anymore. I will say the service was and it's always great!

I’m sorry, but y’all need help in getting orders delivered timely. On a Friday night, how is there only 1 driver probably stressed out trying to keep up with the demand? I called several times wanting an update and was repeatedly told the same thing that it’s been picked up and to continue waiting. A whole hour late. I was about to call back and demand a refund but luckily the pizza ended up delivered, cold, but delivered. ?

Had 3 orders … Was doing door dash and because the store took forever the customer came and picked up their food . I missed out on $40 dollars and all the store had to say was sorry . And on top of that because I wasted so much time waiting for the store I missed out on more money.
