I prefer a crispy crust. When I order pizza (no matter who from) I request extra extra crispy crust. Not once has it come close to crispy. I have to put it in the oven when I get home before I can eat it BUT NOT TODAY!!!! I got it EXACTLY the way I asked. I went back in to thank them giving an extra tip.

Parking lot is very dangerous and rough. Inside dining is limited at the White Settlement location. The lobby is more of a waiting area than a dining area, still you could share a pizza-pie with a friend inside this Pizza Hut.

Came during rush hour had a delay but Cameron was an amazing cashier wonderful customer service the team in the back seemed on top of it even though it was busy, the manager on shift was very sweet I don't know who she is but her crew gave me a wonderful experience despite the delays

We just ordered a pizza fpr delivery from here and the food is good but the pizza was an absolute mess and the cinnamon sticks barely had any cinnamon on them. Will not order delivery from this place again. This is unacceptable.

Great pizza. I had a Italian sausage pizza medium that I got for 5$ on Monday's you can get a one topping medium pizza for 5$

Pizza is ok. But if you are waiting on a pizza be prepared to burn up. I dont think AC works.

This location does not offer $2 personal pan pizzas on Tuesdays. It is also hard to get a hold of a person through phone. Disappointed with this location!

It's not really their fault I just didn't like the crust, sauce and cheese that they use

Pizza was left on the ground. Door Dash driver would not answer phone. Tip was not removed. Terrible customer service. Called the store and employee was rude. You suck Pizza Hut.

Friendly staff but extremely skimpy toppings. On a speciality pizza I shouldn’t be able to see more pizza sauce than any other topping. I should’ve read the reviews prior to ordering but now that I have read the reviews, it all makes so much sense. Go elsewhere.
