I've placed many orders but today I get somebody on the phone with a thick accent and sounds like their phone is in a hole. At the end of the order he wants to transfer me to a third party to give my credit card information. NEVER have I been transfered someplace different to give my credit card information. When questioned the guy talked over me and wouldn't listen to my concerns or that this was something new. USE CAUTION!!!! Too bad I'll start using someone else if this is a new thing with them. I don't understand why the person taking the order isn't the one that completes the transaction.

I ordered pizza last night and delivery time was 25 to 35 mins. An hour goes by and nothing was delivered. I spoke to the store and they were to remake my pizza and offered me a free dessert. When I got off the phone my pizza was delivered. Apparently my phone number was wrong and they had tried to notify my of the mishap which resulted in a remake on my pizza. I let them know I no longer needed the remake and they still delivered it along with my free dessert. Food was delicious and worth the wait. Thank you for doing what it took to make everything right!

The pizza was HORRIBLE and smelled very off. I threw it right into the trash. The girl behind the counter was rude (I guess she doesn't care about reviews) and looked unkept/greasy. Nobody wore gloves and touched the food with their hands. DISGUSTING!!!!

Place smells like something is rotting. Food tastes like it smells. Customer service is terrible, employee accused me of staring at her... while I was watching wings get made. Uh, watching a uncleanly looking employee that looks like she sleeps under a bridge. Lol please. I am concerned with the cleanliness of my food. Employees were smoking weed outside. Other customers look homeless and employees looks like they are as well.

Never ever going to this location again. Front desk is so slow. Even though the order is ready she is not willing to give it to me. She made me to wait for no reason. They just want to show that their store is busy for no reasons. Worst!!!

The worst pizza melts I've ever had!!!!! Sooooo dry, hard, difficult to chew! Asked for extra marinara sauce, none given. Asked for parmesean cheese, none given, but charged for!. Worker had an attitude when I requested they be redone. Tired of service anywhere nowadays!!!!
