Pizza Hut

Pizza was not made with the proper amount of toppings very disappointed and I don't like that they use door dash because I end up missing side items or sauces. If I wanted dd I would've used their app not the pizza hut website! Food has gotten way too expensive for these places to be playing with folks food!!!

This place never had the pizza or on time. Management didn't seem to care. I asked how long till it's ready and I fit the "It'll be ready when it's ready." The crazy thing is you can see that they have plenty of staff but you can see some on their phones, some with no sense of urgency, and what I'm assuming is the manager just walking around checking on peor instead of lending a hand. It's 646pm. My order was supposedly ready at 613pm. I got here at 620pm. Save you're time and order from the Meadowbrook Pizza Hut. This pizza hut stays trash.

store 034554 located on Eastchase PKWY…… Howard thank you thank you thank you for being so friendly, and having the best customer service. We had gone next door to Wing stop first and had to leave bc the ppl there were rude, will never be returning to a wing stop. Howard you deserve a raise for being patient and sweet even when you’re so close to closing. Thanks again from a pregnant mama and her husband.

The lady I talked to decided she didn't like me so when she went back to grab my order she left it and just told me it wasn't ready. Then I had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone else came to talk to me and said it probably wasn't ready yet, but then went to check and immediately brought it out, but by then the food was already getting cold since they had kept it in the back and didn't even put it in the warmer.

This place is a hot mess, first of all I put in an order early to get delivered at 6:15, it came at 6:30 but only partial order, I went in to get missed items and was told that the door dash delivery person they used had stole the other part of my order, they did give me what I was missing, but that was it, no extra for having to go down and get it, so you might not want to get it delivered, they stole our food and got a tip.

2 orders and they never had the products ready. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for an order of $3 us. The heck ?

I’m not sure what’s been going on lately but my last two orders have been less than stellar. We ordered a large stuffed crust with extra sauce and 1/2 beef and 1/2 chicken sausage and a pepperoni melt. The melt was burned and extra crispy and the pizza did not have extra sauce on it.

Pizza was hot and delivered quickly. But the XL pepperoni I ordered came as a burnt cheese pizza.

Ordered 1 medium cheese pizza for pick up at 530. When I arrived to pick it up, they said they "didn't have" the order in their system. Showed them the order confirmation, and then they found it. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. What's the point of ordering early for pick at at a specific time a d having to wait additional time for it. Order was placed 2 hours before desired pick up time

The individual that took my order on 7/10 @ 2:53p..maybe he was the manager..excellent excellent customer service! I was impressed with the time and care he took to ensure accuracy. The Dasher was great as well!

I ordered a pizza with light cheese and extra pepperoni, and I also paid for a dipping sauce. However, when I received my order, the dipping sauce was missing, and there was extra cheese but little to no pepperoni on the pizza. When I tried to get it corrected, the person at the register mentioned that they were busy, and there may have been a mistake with the order. Despite choosing curbside pickup, I had to go inside to address the issue. The staff member was not apologetic nor tried to fix the problems. As I am currently pregnant with a high-risk pregnancy, I need to receive exactly what I ordered, especially when I have paid extra for specific items.

The staff was extremely unhelpful, told me to calm down and I couldn’t talk to him crazy. Never raised my voice, he said it wasn’t his fault door dash held my pizza too long.
