they don’t welcome you in just stare until you say something . white lady that was at the front grab the money all weird with just her fingers as if I wanted to touch her hand. The other times I ordered the big box it came in a long rectangular box with everything in it this time they gave me 3 normal pizza boxes with everything separated , the pizzas were much bigger before , these were smaller , for $27 I could’ve went and got the box pizzas from the store because that’s what they looked like The pasta was ok but dry probably won’t get it again

I took my order at 8:25 its now 8:41, i ordered one box of pizza before this next customer, i dont see how long it takes to cook 1 pizza but can cook 3 before mine..

Worst pizza hut ever! Consistently makes orders incorrectly and then blames customers for their mistakes (missing toppings that are on the receipt) rather than correcting the problem. Managers like James Robertson might be why this establishment is run so poorly and why their customer service is so lacking.

If you want your food to take forever to be made come here. If you like the smell of nasty dirty oil and grease, come here. They got bugs flying in here and the people who work up here are hella rude. Don’t even speak to you when you walk in. The place needs a serious scrub down and needs to be rinsed in bleach. Smells sooo nasty and foul in there. I’ve worked in restaurants/food industry and that’s what it smells like when no one cleans the place.

Ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 meat lovers at 8:30pm. Pizza finally showed up at 10:45 and the order is wrong. Called the store to fix the issue took 15 minutes to answer the phone and then they put us on hold repeatedly. Refused to fix the issue.

Ok so I ordered a 2 pizza, wings, and bread at 8:00pm for a party. It is now 9:46pm the sun has gone down and I’m still waiting for the food. I have called twice and I have guest getting upset about not having any food. This is the worst delivery I have ever ordered.

Went to pick up the food today. The old man deserve a raise! He make sure the food is right. Something we dont have now a day anymore. Good quality good service. Thank you :)

We had a kinda complicated delivery to be sent to our school. They dod well working with me to make sure it was delivered at the time we needed it and the specific location.

My order was missing the drink and the extra sauce that I paid for, what worse is I called them and they did not care about it, they hang up the phone while is was explain to him about my order, also he refuse to tell me his name, this is absolutely vey bad place to order pizza from. I just wasted $55.00.

My fiancée just called to place an order for delivery for me and the kids and we literally heard this on the other line, “these (insert N word) are lazy”. What the hell kind of establishment is this? I’m working and my fiancée is caring for the boys while school is out. The workers at this location SHOULD NOT be working customer service. This is beyond unacceptable to treat anybody in this manner, let alone a paying customer. We planned on tipping real well cause of the weather, but absolutely none of my business will be going to this restaurant ever again.

Pizza was cold within minutes of me getting home which was less than a 5 min drive away, after I sat in the lobby for 5 mins waiting to be acknowledged

Pizza is standard at best 75% of the time. Asked them to remake a pizza for once because it was so dry and old looking. The staff just took the pizza in the back without saying anything. I then over heard the staff talking about me and staring as i waited for remake. Comments like “man he trippin it’s fine” “that looks ight to me” “wow a remake whatever”. I get it’s annoying but they could’ve waited til i left. I then asked for a refund after hearing this and the worker insisted i waited. Rude/lazy staff you’re better off going to Collins.
