Horrible. The lady that was at the register looked so confused like it was her first day on the job. She did know what she was doing doing 😆 🤣 😂 She was wearing the cowboys hoodie . She gives off know it all but can't back it up. Very snappy and only sensitive when someone was asking a question about the order like as if she's anticipating another complaint like the ones that are already in their Google view.

Service was so bad I didn’t even wanna order , hearing all the complaints about have to make food , saying they need eat at home I’m not picking no phone up or take another order wait 10 mins him finally come talk to me after he seen me serval time walking past me , came up to me saying wassup what you need ask my question and said nvm and walk out

This Pizza Hurt remains one of my favorites. The food is always good and better than most of the other Pizza Huts. The staff is friendly and my order is always correct.

I rated it lower on the atmosphere only because this is only a store front, not a sit-down place, but most metro Pizza Huts are store fronts only. You have to leave the city for that.

Great place! Excellent pizza.

I'd give 0 stars I called to order a pizza it took over an hour. Pizza got delivered almost cold. I didn't get part of my order. So called manager to let him know of how dissatisfied I was. He told me to go pick up the remainder of order or take what we ordered back. I ordered it delivered for a reason. There were rude. Not a good place at all.

The guy at the register was really rude. He slammed the cash register shut. The wings were not seasoned evenly. The guy at the back was really nice making sure your order is correct.

I ordered an large pizza with ham, onions, and black olives. What i got was ham, Italian sausage, and black olives. It wouldn't normally be a problem, but I dont like Italian sausage. I attempted to call the number for them in the app and got hung up on twice. I hit the other option and they said they would have to transfer me and then the call ended.

My food (one sausage pizza and one order of cinnamon sticks) was ready about an hour after it was supposed to be. Some other patrons were there for multiple hours. Food was okay. Too much sauce maybe. Steph were reasonable but unfriendly.

Horrible experience!!! The cashier gave my $50.00 order to another person. I had to wait for my order for another 2 hrs. If you want your food stolen go to this eastchase establishment!!!

They gave my food away for free to a doordash person when I didn't order through doordash. Had me waiting over an hour. Thank God I called or I would have basically paid for a strangers meals.. That place is an embarrassment and the employees all have a lack of education!

ordered my food at 10:09 and didn’t get it delivered to me until 11:25, whoever picked up the phone when i called was talking to me like i was inconveniencing THEM by calling
