How annoying is it that you place an online order and you show up when it tells you is is going to be ready...11:25 am...and they say “Your order is second to be cooked, so it’s going to be another 20 minutes.” Umm...NO!! I’m sorry...if I had the time to wait 20 minutes I wouldn’t have ordered online!! Ridiculous!!
The past 4 times that I've placed a delivery order starting with Dec 31st of 2018 which was the worst experience ever until tonight I haven't been able to get my food. The first time I even tried to go up there after an hour and waited 30 minutes just to talk to someone the line was so long with others having the same issue I ended up leaving and never recieved my order. The past 3 times I placed an order for them to call me and tell me no delivery. If you're not going to deliver...read full review
