My room mate and I split a pizza and had it delivered, and of course tipped the driver. We were excited to get the pizza, opened it, looks good, then he ate in another room. After we were done I asked him what he thought and he said he was disappointed. I thought it may have been just me. The pizza was tasteless. It looked good but no taste. I dont know how that works but thats how it was and not just me. Sad thing is I had been craving a Pepperoni pizza and then blah. Their boneless wings are awesome !!!

used to love pizza hut but putting a minimun of 15 dollars to deliver is retarted for a single person i used to spend 20 dollares with tip here but not anymore my order is now 28 dollars just for me i will be going to dominos from now on at lest i can still spend a 20 there and not more

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your [14113 Trinity Blvd #225, Fort Worth, TX 76155]. Unfortunately, I encountered poor customer service and received a completely cold order, which significantly affected my satisfaction.

During my visit, there was tension between myself and the individual at the register, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Despite living only five minutes away, I was dismayed to find that my order was entirely cold by the time I arrived home, indicating it may not have been served fresh.

Given these circumstances, I feel that some form of compensation is warranted to address the inconvenience and dissatisfaction I experienced. I have always valued Pizza Hut’s service and quality, and I hope this can be resolved promptly to restore my confidence in your brand.

Picked up my to-go order veggie pasta bowl and pizza. called because pasta was dry and veggies were raw. The manager/cashier named CHRISTIAN was absolutely the rudest and nastiest person I have ever encountered! I was told among other things that I had to bring the pasta back and he was absolutely rude the minute I got there and was only going to give me 1/2 of my purchase amount back!!! Then he refused to give it back to me in cash even though that’s how I’d paid and had the receipt but if I wanted my full price for the veggie bowl, I had to put it on a card WHAT??? Then he still omitted the tax. I had to argue with him to get that back!!! He has a real problem because the way he talked to me was horrible especially for someone who calls themselves the MANAGER.He was trying to tell me that I brought the pasta back because I didn’t like my pizza when I never even complained about the pizza but he wanted it back too in order for me to get a refund on the pasta!!! What the heck is wrong with this dude and what kind of people does Pizza Hut employing as managers? Just too much ridiculous drama to deal with for a mediocre meal from Pizza Hut. Not worth it at all.

Ordered online for delivery to the hotel. Didn't put a room number, but put instructions to deliver to the pool because I wanted it delivered to the pool. The ETA was 9:30, but was contacted before then because he said he delivered it to the room. What room? There's was no room number because I wanted it delivered to the pool. I gave him a tip too. Then he said he is turning around & it took him 20min. I see on the app it said it was delivered at 8:30, but we didn't get it until after 9. No receipt, no parmesan or peppers & a lying delivery driver. First and last time ordering from this location. Don't tell me to contact anyone because we all know nothing will be done.

I ordered pizza for 160 people. The website would not allow that order online so I called and someone took my order. It was split into two orders that were the same. I called in the morning to confirm the two order and add a gluten free. When my order was late I called and they told me that they did not have my second order for 80 people. The only thing they could do was give me some free soda. All calls are recorded so they need to find that Noah placed two orders for me. Do not count on these people.

I would give it zero stars but I can't, tonight we ordered some pizza and not only did they misspelled my husbands name they put the wrong number so when we called back to add some ranch we were told there wasn't no order under that name or number....and got hung up on. Then I call back spoke to a manager and they found my order and then she goes on to say they're taking the delivery fee off but charges me twice when I sent the screen shot to my husband they give him some ranch for free and tells him to call our bank and dispute it....you pizza hut have some dumb people working for you and rude at that....who doesn't know how to spell Chris and then the number they put for my husband was way off.
