This place has gone to shit I placed a order spending 50. My order was wrong and when I called no one would answer the phone kept getting passed around management hear and customer service sucks

Steer clear of this place I was walking by from the FedEx next door and a lady come out the Pizza Hut door and yelled at me I didn't think anything of it I went to Jersey Mike's and the same lady come out of Pizza Hut approached my car and started screaming at me I called the Pizza Hut and told them I don't know who she is but y'all need to get her out of your store she's a homeless lady hanging out in the store harassing people

I ordered meat lovers melt,and it was such a disappointment 😞 I had a triangle bread with barely meat and cheese on it.I had 3 slices of pepperoni, 2 little bits of ham and about 6 little pieces of beef.Dry and not very appetizing. I would avoid this location at all cost.First and last time ordering from them.

Very disappointed. I ordered melt meat lovers and they're overcooked ikea almost burnt. Not soft like they should be. It was hard to bite down on some area. I also ordered drinks and didn't have it delivered. I also had breadsticks and they are soft and delicious. Not sure if I will order pizza hut in near future but will order breadsticks.

Tried to make a delivery request in euless tx and they were 1.6 miles away, they said it was invalid. I’m not sure of its right but yall may be losing business because of it.

I waiting over 20 minutes for my order that I had a scheduled time for, so I had placed it way ahead of time and still had to wait passed the scheduled time, they didn’t even try to make it right, no communication whatsoever, i understand things happen, but as a restaurant worker myself, this is unacceptable especially when this is a constant thing at this particular Pizza Hut

Mr. Patel is always such a joy to see when getting a delivery from this location. Every time I see him, he greets me with a smile and generosity. I’m appreciative of him and his work.
$4 for a side of French fries. I get home and this is what they served me. A total of about 10 French fries(most of them little pcs). Yall need to do better, potatoes are not that expensive to be out here rationing. Do better yall a billion dollar corporation, we keep yall in business. 40cents per French fry 😅😅

Picked up my order around 9:05 PM 6/17/25 Aint no way yall really served me this bro…. not only was the chicken NOT COOKED, but the pizza had cold spots throughout and was also not cooked all the way through. My stomach doing cartwheels right now🤢
