Pizza Hut

Ordered two personal pan pizzas with wings. One pizza was pepperoni and black olives. Black olives were missing. Also the delivery was dropped off next door, thankfully the neighbors were nice enough to bring over the food. Plus the food was not hot enough, like it may have been sitting for a while? You let me down Pizza Hut.

Update 8/23/25: We decided to give them another try… order was almost correct (missing 1 marinara cup and pepperonis were not on top of the cheese like we requested) so, not horrible. Food was hot and delivered quickly. Shout out to delivery driver Matt! He followed the instructions, left food at door and promptly texted me after dropping off! He was extremely friendly and offered us a blessed night. Luckily I did not have a complaint worthy of contacting them, so I’m not sure if they have improved customer service. All in all, we are satisfied with this order.

Wow! I should have looked at reviews before ordering from here. Delivery ridiculous! Food was left at door 15 minutes before we were alerted that it was here… now barely warm and have to heat up. Also, Pizza Hut corporate is deplorable! Tried to submit complaint to them, after 15 minutes of filling out their forms I gave up. You have to jump through hoops. I have no idea why anyone eats Hut! Total waste of $40

A three topping pizza for $11.99 is a scam. I picked up one today and there were so few toppings that made it not worth it. Have your business how you want, I won’t order from you ever again

Pizza was undercooked, cheese sticks were not cut, and another pizza was hard and tough like jerky. You really have to set your expectations low when ordering Pizza Hut.

In the history of Pizza Hut, how yall out of "Italian sausage?" Makes no sense at all. Highly disappointed. If this continues, then hello Dominos, Jets, Papa Johns.

Terrible experience ordering online. It gave me a 55 minute wait time for a delivery. Upon reaching the 55 minutes, the tracker updated and switched the delivery time (which also showed that they had not even started cooking the pizza). The updated time showed my delivery to be 2 hours, therefore I called to cancel. If a pizza place is stating that a 7 minute drive will turn into a 2 hour delivery, it’s best to go buy pizza somewhere else. I don’t recommend doing business at this store unless you don’t mind waiting 2 hours for your food.

Okay. So I have ordered from this location a few times, delivery and pickup, and today was near the food quality I have received in the past ( couple of weeks ago). The wings were on point but the pizza as you can see looks like it had been prepared for a previous customer who probably didn't want the order. And tasted that way also. I stay less than 5 mins away and was at the location right on time if not before. No reason why my pizza should have not been fresh like my wings. And to make matters worse they didn't honor my free cheese sticks that I had redeemed. I Guess I'll have to find another location.

I always check my pizza before I leave. This time the cheese on my thin crust pizza is brown. I will not return to this location if this is the new normal. The supervisor seemed amused that I complained about the cheese.

Figured I’d be nostalgic and get pizza delivered while having a movie night with the kids. I mistakenly chose Pizza Hut. Come to find out, Pizza Hut decided to quit delivering to my neighborhood even though I’m less that 4 miles from the store front. Extremely frustrating but, the staff can’t control that. They can’t control the pricing either. $30 for a “large” thin crust, 6 mini cheese sticks and melt is a total rip off. I could visit the establishment across the street and have leftovers for $30 and they’ll deliver. Two stars all around. Not the staffs fault, they’re doing the best they can while working for the franchisee/Yum Corporation.

I walked in super happy and in such a good mood… asked the girl at the front if they had any family specials at the moment, she gave me attitude the whole time I made the order and once I was going to pay my card kept declining. She kept telling me to try again and I did but it kept saying declined. I had money in that card so I was confused. Had to go to an atm and get money out and came back and she couldn’t even look me in the face. Went to the back. I thought she was so rude but I didn’t say anything. Someone else came to finish with me and I did mention to them that Gabrielle was really rude. They said she was one of the managers. Horrible customer service. Only reason I did go through with getting the pizza was because my 4 year old really wanted it.
