My family has ordered from the store on Bailey Boswell for years now and the last 3 times we have placed a takeout order it has been wrong.the employee that has given us our order in store cancelled our order when we were there to pick it up and told us they didn’t have our order even though it was listed on the screen. The employees name is Amber and is always rude and sits in a chair at the register and can’t even get orders out of the Warner that’s right next to her and demands the other employees to do it. I’ve spoke to a regional supervisor and they said I would be contacted by a local manager and that never happened and I was never credited back for the order they cancelled. I have continued to order from the store in hopes that they would have had some coaching and some improvement would have been made but that clearly isn’t the case.

I’m really starting to get annoyed with this location and how poor the food quality is! My food is never made correctly or it’s burned. I have to call and complain about something EVERY time I order from this location! Tonight, we got 8 boneless wings that aren’t wings at all hell they aren’t even nuggets, they are all crust and a stuffed crust sausage pizza and the cheese is literally fried on the top. Swear I can’t make this up! How do I upload the picture?

Ordered and it took over 45 minutes for delivery. It appears that they outsource to DoorDash and I went and picked it up. The problem wasn’t the cancelation but the attitude from staff. The lack of clarity from the company , etc . Hopefully I get my money back , but if you order from the app , it’s very hard to figure this out. Try another location less busy on Fridays or Saturdays .
