So I normally don’t give a 3 star review, however, I went to pick up my order got someone else food and those customers and I somehow communicated and found out they too got someone else’s food.
Luckily I don’t have any food allergies but it could’ve been the case. So I kept what I had instead of having to drive back that way.

We received the wrong order, even though our confirmation clearly shows what we placed. When we brought it up, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful, insisting it was our mistake. This is the second time this has happened, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. We will not be returning.they lost customers! Pizza Hut in Benbrook is far better—both in service and reliability.

Ordered delivery. Driver has to open a gate to get in, and yet can’t be bothered to close it as he leaves. Guy saw we had a dog even cared to ask about the dog but yet left the gate open and let my dog out. The pizza was cold and the dr.pepper zero I ordered was a Pepsi zero. When I spoke to them they said we don’t ever serve DP zero. Ok, take it off your menu. They were rude, refused to let me speak to a manager, or provide a corporate number to call. So glad my dog is fine but what a careless human and gross company to have no regard for the customers they deliver to.

So lame that your call is being directed to another country and speaking to people they barely know English. I have called more than 5 times to place a order its a very long wait time and I asked a question and she just hung up on me. THE WORST OVER THE PHONE EXPERIENCE EVER . Pizza hut need to change the phone call experience to the actual pizza hut store not to another country

If you love Pizza Hut, great — but do yourself a favor and drive to the other side of Fort Worth or literally any other Pizza Hut in the DFW area if you want your food in a timely manner. I’ve been to this location in person before and it took over 30 minutes for a basic order. Today I made the mistake of DoorDashing lunch, and three separate Dashers canceled because it was taking so long. Over an hour and a half for a single pizza melt — the smallest, cheapest item on the menu. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time for me and three delivery drivers. Do better.

I called to order a pizza and the guy who answered the phone does not speak English barely at all couldn't understand what he was saying by his accent and was getting frustrated having to repeat himself with me just left a really bad taste in my mouth since I couldn't order my food I hung up
