So lame that your call is being directed to another country and speaking to people they barely know English. I have called more than 5 times to place a order its a very long wait time and I asked a question and she just hung up on me. THE WORST OVER THE PHONE EXPERIENCE EVER . Pizza hut need to change the phone call experience to the actual pizza hut store not to another country

If you love Pizza Hut, great — but do yourself a favor and drive to the other side of Fort Worth or literally any other Pizza Hut in the DFW area if you want your food in a timely manner. I’ve been to this location in person before and it took over 30 minutes for a basic order. Today I made the mistake of DoorDashing lunch, and three separate Dashers canceled because it was taking so long. Over an hour and a half for a single pizza melt — the smallest, cheapest item on the menu. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time for me and three delivery drivers. Do better.

I called to order a pizza and the guy who answered the phone does not speak English barely at all couldn't understand what he was saying by his accent and was getting frustrated having to repeat himself with me just left a really bad taste in my mouth since I couldn't order my food I hung up

Skimpy on the toppings, but pie was tasty…we LOVE the stuffed crust‼️ Plus, they have the BEST TRADITIONAL SAUCY WINGS, hands down‼️ Love the coupons🤑🤑🤑

The person at the counter did not want to be there. It was total chaos, the time it takes to get my food I could have made and cooked 10 pizzas. I have to admit things weren't too bad but the personal pizza was trash. Probably think twice before going there again. Sorry the truth is the truth.

I was doing Uber eats and although I got there like 6 mins after they closed. They saw me I was standing there at the door they could’ve helped me out and said that they were closed or handle over the order since it was an online order should’ve been made still, but instead they just ignored me as if I wasn’t there and walked away. Very disrespectful employees should’ve done a better job,
