My pizza was not done. It was not edible and lack presentation. The pizza was returned to the pizza establishment and the order was not redone. I am requesting a full refund because my order was not fulfilled. The manager took a picture of my pizza and stated that he could not give me a refund because the order was established online through Uber eats. I was told I had to request a refund through Uber eats. I am not happy at this point and this has not been a good experience. I just want a full refund and will not utilize Uber eats again. The pizza was not fully cooked, lack presentation and did not have substantial ingredients on the pizza. The mgr stated that he was short staff and it got busy so that was the reason why my pizza lacked presentation and not edible. Please do not go to the location at 2714 E. Berry St in Ft Worth. The staff looked disheveled and did not present professionalism. Safety and cleanliness would be a concern for this location.

We use this store for work because it's close to the shop. Last week we ordered delivery and the driver shorted our wings. Said I'll just take them off the bill.
This week, they called right after I placed my order and said they didn't have pans. Said I could get a substitute and they literally charged extra for the substitute crust. Very unapologetic, told me in person it was because the cost of cheese is higher.

Sunday night shift is way better than Monday night shift I had to cut my pizza on my own today and they called me to tell me they didn't have Pan 😒🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ y'all could've at least cut it up for me

I placed a order online and it took over 40 minutes to get my pizza but then again I check online and it said it was ready I walked into the store and said we had to wait for the dough as soon as they gave me my order, my order was incomplete I was still missing items! Worst experience ever! If you order from here be prepared to wait at least 1 hour!
This had to have been one of The worst Pizza Hut experiences I’ve ever had my husband went in To return a pizza that was nothing but marinara sauce As I stated on my order, I Wanted light sauce. He came home and the pizza was completely raw It was not cooked well. It was nothing but raw. Our cinnamon sticks were just bread with no cinnamon on the top. It was a complete disaster in there according to my husband. i’ve never been so disappointed. I called the store twice and got no response from anybody. Was nothing but teenagers Looking lost and stressed. I’m completely upset with the fact that our pizza was raw. My kids We’re looking forward to eating Pizza for dinner, but they were just as disappointed.

To start the price for the triple treat box is a good deal for what you get, but reason for the 3 star is the food was just not good , everything from the pizza to the cinnamon bites and cheese bread weren’t cut through , i live not even 5 mins from this location , how was my food not piping hot if i was waiting inside >10 mins before it was “ready” , to sum up pizza was 5/10 cheese bread 6/10 cinnamon dessert 5/10 and this is with the munchies dominos ftw sadly

I ordered the NEW! tavern-style pizza and was extremely disappointed. I love thinner-crust pizza and thought I would now have a go-to pizza when ordering. I don’t enjoy pizza from this location at all anymore. The employee was friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean, but I don’t see myself returning to this location.
I witnessed horrible customer service. The guy operating the cash register was extremely rude to the two ladies in front of me. When I walked up the same individual asked me what I needed with an attitude. I checked my order and noticed I was missing an item. I requested the missing item with no issue. Everyone has a bad day! Yet, on top of having a bad day, you’re rude, and not giving customers all their items. I purchased the half melt/half side. My meat lover's melt was quite hard. I enjoyed the honey BBQ breaded boneless chicken wings. The chicken was juicy, and the honey BBQ was flavorful. The establishment was clean, but the experience was odd! The location had 5- 6 employees working. I have never seen this many employees working at one time at this location. I’m sure the previous two hard-working employees left. Sadly, this is now what customers will have to deal with.
My craving for pizza came on the right day. I received great customer service from Cynthia and Denejai. Cynthia is known for fixing the best pizzas at Pizza Hut. Glad she is back; my Big New Yorker pizza was perfect!
Ordered the dinner box. Cinn sticks barely had cinnamon. The four pepperonis on each slice of pizza were clumped together in one corner. Why have Tellpizzahut.com on the back of the receipt, but no survey code on the receipt.
