Ordered a pizza 12/12/25 at 9pm had a bbq pizza hard as rocks not edible no bbq sauce horrible wings were shorted by 3 overall displeased with quality called lastnight when it arrived of the issue no answer called again 12/13 for the manager to unprofessional and avoid resolving the conflict by transferring me to customer service line just for customer service to tell me the manager can only fix it … called 7 times from different phones just to get a resolution 54.00 gone

I ordered 2 medium pizzas, cheese breadsticks, and mini cinnamon rolls. I was extremely disappointed. I don’t think I have ever had such a plain dry pizza. The pizza at 7Eleven taste better. Compared to dominos, little ceasars, and Papajohns this pizza was basic. DiGiorno pizza taste better and cost less. I called to ask if pizza hut was trying something new with their recipe. When they said “No”. I have officially now decided I wont order from Pizza Hut ever again.
