Canceled our order and wouldn’t let us order in the store even though they had an over an hour before closing

They don’t acknowledge you when your standing right in front of the register. They had a baby with no shoes and a random man in the kitchen and I’m assuming a ex Employee asking for her job back to the manager ? Walked right past me to smoke and chat outside with the lady asking for her job back the pizza is under cooked and they didn’t even cut it right and we ended up throwing it away bc it tasted weird. Save your self from this location. Absolutely ridiculous
Terrible delivery, I ordered 2 deals which was all together 4 large pizzas , 2 orders of breadsticks + 2 orders of cheese sticks , and 1 two-liter soda. They got it wrong the first time and then the second order again got it wrong. One woman said it was correct and read the receipt but swore it was right when it wasn't which had been mentioned MULTIPLE times. Then a manager or whoever again read the receipt back and it was known what the mistake was but they said it wasn't a thing they could do.

I have never experienced anything like this from a pizza place let alone any food place in my life! We ordered pizza Saturday night 11/29 at 6:52pm the order was marked as delivered at 7:17pm. We didn’t hear a knock or receive a call so by the time i went to the door some time had passed. There was no food at the door, So of course we immediately called the restaurant to see what was going on. They told us nothing could be done it says it was delivered immediately irritated at the fact that we called. I argued back rightly so because the pizza had not been delivered. After going back and forth and the manager not understanding that we had not received the pizza and just automatically assuming we had stolen the pizza or wanted a refund or whatever she finally says “our driver is old maybe he hasn’t delivered it yet”. Instead of saying that from beginning which i would’ve understood and just waited a little longer, they just assumed we were up to no good. The driver finally arrives closer to 8 i was still on the phone when the driver arrived. Our order was wrong. The store called us back and asked if we got our order and i let them know yes but it was wrong. She told me we weren’t allowed to order from there anymore. So basically we were banned because they were in the wrong. I was already planning on never ordering from there again. They treated us like we were wrong from the very beginning! The driver marked the order as delivered way before time, the ladies at the store were rude and assumed we were lying, and when we finally received our order it was wrong. This was actually our first time ordering from this Pizza Hut, we just moved in the area we learned our lesson never again! I believe the general manager’s name was Brittany or Brianna i didn’t bother to call back and ask.

The food is not coocked and they are soo rude when you try to get a solution.

I recommend going to another location other than Meadowbrook or perhaps learn to make your own pizza. Very weird location! They have the doors locked before 8 PM and you’re not able to be accommodated in person. Maybe the business is going contactless altogether soon enough.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Order was wrong. Pizza arrived at room temperature. And the person answering the phone was terrible. Told me I was lying about the food being cold and that the order was checked and was right. I asked for it to be remade and was told to talk to a general manager the following day. Never seen anything like this. I will never order from this location again.

Very bad service, i ordered a 5 topping pizza n bone in wings and my pizza did not include all 5 toppings as well as it was very cold n hard and also the wings taste as if they we’re baked and i called to make a complaint and the staff was very rude and unprofessional talkin about “ i made the pizza myself n aint nothing was wrong with it “ and then hung up n my face very very unprofessional and i won’t recommend ordering anything from here.

The manager or general manager as she stated was very rude, currently trying to communicate with anyone that may want to know how she is the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered in my life. Wish I could provide a name but she refused to give it. With her behavior I can see why!

Ordering was fast. Store was very clean and food was hot and ready upon arrival. Heard they’re under new management. Whoever has been running this store the past couple months, keep up the great work!
