These dummy’s gave my pizza away to another customer after I done already paid for it online so when I come pick up my pizza they looking just as confused as me. Advised me my refund would be back in my account in 15-20 minutes yet I have no refund.

Bonnie is amazing!! I ordered delivery and the door dash driver stole my drinks but when I called the store Bonnie let me know that they definitely sent my drinks out with my order but she would make it right and send them back out so I could still receive my drinks and she credited my account for the inconvenience!!

This place is TRASH!!!! Their waiting area looks like it’s never been swept or mopped… we ordered on the app but it’s completely useless because even if the app says your order is ready you’ll still wait atlest half an hour… People how work there obviously don’t want to and they show it ….

6/28/24 5:30PM The app and link texted to me had two different details on my order. One said it’s cooking and another said it’s being delivered. I called the store and got an attitude from a female employee (huffing and puffing) when asking about my order. She just told me to wait 10 more minutes (didn’t ask me for any of my information to look up my order) and hung up. I got my order after an hour and a half when my order was suppose to only be 40 minutes of a wait. When I got my order one of the wings we ordered was the wrong flavor, the cinnamon sticks looked NOTHING like the photo and were undercooked, and the icing was all clumpy like it was bad so we threw it away. I’m very disappointed with my ENTIRE experience and will not be a returning customer.

Ordered online at 6:30pm and did not receive my order until 7:48pm. The wings box was kind of crushed and I ordered 8 wings and only got 6. There was no seal on it. Then the pizza box wasn’t complete sealed with the sticker, it was kind of like a loop. My food was cold and the pizza tasted weird so I tossed it since my stomach started to hurt after 1 slice. I will just stick with the Pizza Hut in east chase since it tastes better. I only ordered from here since it was the closest delivery wise and only 6 mins away, and I have a newborn so I thought it would be easier. I also called at 7:06pm was placed on hold for 8 mins then the lady told me my order was about to be the first one out the door. Disappointed and was a waste of $25.
