By far my worst experience with any pizza hut. We accepted the 1 hour wait time. When the delivery guy (later identified as a PH worker vs door dash per the store worker after calling back) came, we were given 2 boxes and a wings container. One pizza box was entirely EMPTY! Who in their right mind seals an empty box and then also doesn't notice how EMPTY it feels?After calling back. The worker offered to either get a redelivery (an extra hour wait ?) or store credit. The 1 star given was for the store worker who offered a credit in an amount more than the product that we ordered, which is fair due to the inconvenience and hunger my family endured after not receiving the amount of food we prepared for. Thank you store worker for making it a bit better and for apologizing on behalf of the business.I'll have to go in person to use my credit next time however that will likely be the last time I'll give my business to that specific franchise.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Don’t waste your time coming here. The service is awful. I got a call telling me they were out of ingredients to make a pizza 30 minutes after I placed it.They had several employees working that day and somehow were backed up. They only had one working oven and computer to process orders. You’re way better off ordering pizza from any other restaurant.

They are very rude and disrespectful and disgusting there was trash all in the restroom along with used tampons on the toilet seat the front desk cashier was super useless pertaining to her job one Ashley mayo was using some type of apparatus smoking something coming freezer area just not a good location to be atParking: Trash in all the areas to park and employees sitting in there cars so customers can’t park

So I haven't been to the new location until this past Sunday, the 17th of December. The pizza had just come out of the oven, and looked dry already. The employee for no reason offered me complimentary bread sticks. People, when I got home, they were absolutely horrible looking. I even threw them in the oven to warm them up.And they tasted as bad as they looked. It's been over 8 months since I was there. Probably won't go back. Look how thin the dough is. And are the bread sticks supposed to look like that ?Parking: Plenty of parking

i was so impressed by how clean and well-organized this store is! we were helped by an older gentlemen who was so kind and provided some of the best customer service skills i've seen since moving out to dfw! definitely coming back! 10/10!!
I ordered over the phone with a lady. Then tried calling back they said it was no order and the system. And told me to order again when I already did it. Also I tried calling the store again no answer for a hour straight! Very bad for business. And they be smoking cigarettes and chilling all outside looking very ghetto and unprofessional

I decided to order a large supreme since I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long while. The pizza was well done, visually appealing and taste was great! The staff was busy on a Friday evening and I wasn’t looking for any special attention. But the main reason I came here was for pizza and that was great. I will order again in the future.

Unfortunately some times you get pizza hut delivery and some times you get door dash. The guy with a name ending with an a was shirtless. Im sure he was just riding to make sure she's safe but if you signed up then you do the hand off. Anyway every time a delivery service deliveries the source company this being pizza hut seems to not care what arrives. I guess cause they can just blame the delivery company. Ordered a meat lovers which I now know to remove the Italian sausage think it made me feel funny but maybe that's just me. The issue was the cheese pizza. Free bacon on the under side could have caused all kinds of issues. I like a plain pizza now and again but imagine I'm even more weird and don't eat meat or pork. It was cut to soon causing it to move about after cut and made the cheese basically come off as weight displacement. Cut badly one cut was a like a large chip and so if I had kids there would have been a fight. I've ordered from this location with no issues and they delivered so I know it's possible it was someone new but clearly with other restaurants only having order issues when a company is delivering for them I'm ignoring that someone was just new.
