Cashier/ manager whoever it was that didn’t have a uniform was very rude to me or whoever walked in that wasn’t her race. Handled a situation very poorly which was on me but the way how she handled it was horrible. Waiting on my pizza whoever walked in she didn’t attempt to go to them she’s just yelling “NAME” if you’re that lazy then leave. The guy in the kitchen who did my order was very polite and sweet could never be her.

placed an order online for delivery we waited for an hour and got notified that 5 different drivers tried to pick up our order then got notified it was cancelled by pizza hut. so we called to see what the issue was the first time i called i talked to someone and told him the issue he proceeded to hang up on me then i called again and sat on hold for 15 minutes. when i got to the pizza hut i asked for a manger and the lady was completely rude and didn’t even have the decency to take out her headphones. she said my order had been stolen and i said well im here for it and she walked away i assumed to go remake my order then came back 20 minutes later asking with a lot of attitude if i wanted it remade then charged the card a second time without tell or explaining why when i asked her way she huffed like a bratty toddler and turned her back then told me she took off the delivery fee and i asked her if i was going to get a refund for the original charger which seemed to only anger her. completely unprofessional and infuriating.

THEY WILL TIP WITH YOUR CARD without permission Ordered pick up and paid online ahead of time , picked up my food , and then the next day I find out someone there gave them selves a tip with my card I'm now having to dispute it with my card company , , store was kinda messy, food was ehh my pizza was stuck to the box and I had to eat each slice in smaller ripped up pieces the wings where good but the service was bad kinda rude and gave my random ppls receipts with mine

Ordered a Super Supreme Pan Pizza and it was nothing like the picture. the crust barely had a ridge around it and was very dry with little sauce. I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for years and thought to try them one more time. Never again.
