Came in the door and there was a young lady there, looked up at me, didn’t greet me, didn’t take my order, just laid her head back down and I didn’t even want to order once I saw that. Come to worst the rest of the staff members seemed to be on the same energy and understanding add the young lady. I don’t recommend coming to a place where food is served after having an experience as such, that left me at awe. Just saying.

Order placed over 1-1/2 hours, was told on the app delivery between 7:20 and 7:40. At 8:00, I tried calling and the only number goes to a national ordering hotline. They said they would transfer my call to the local store, but I only got put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again, only to get the same runaround. At 8:20, I stayed on hold and hopped in my car to go to the store. About 8:25, wife calls me to inform me the driver showed up. Albeit, missing the drink I paid for and an hour late. DoorDash driver says he sat nearly an hour waiting on my order at the store. Will NEVER order pizza from this store again!

Although this location is a “Take-Out m/Delivery Only” spot, the pizza represents exactly what we’ve all come to know and love about Pizza Hut. This location is staffed by what I can describe as the most helpful and knowledgeable young people the company may have in their Human Resources arsenal. Their collective customer service is above and far beyond what you might expect from a delivery take out location. These guys have my vote for Best Location Company Wide and deserve an additional Star in their grade!

today Sunday, September 22 at 11:14 p.m. I went to buy my pizza at the haute splash shop with mcrt. I must say that I do not speak English very well, but the person who attended me was very generous. the treatment he gave me was simple and concrete. the pizza looks beautiful and it was as I wanted it. a lot of cheese and a lot of meat. now I will go to eat it to see how such. very good experience. thank you for giving my pizza as I wanted it.!!

I stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. The person in front of me had something wrong with his order so the cashier went to remake his pizza. There were about five other workers the kept looking at me but nobody assisted me. The location was not the best either. The pizza was edible but far from the Pizza Hut pizza I remember growing up. I would not recommend this location.
Ordered my food online at 6:05, they said it will be done in 14 minutes… I was there in 15 minutes… I did not receive my food until 7:15. Super slow service, every 25 minutes, he told me he was waiting on my wings.

The customer service could be better. I ordered curbside but still had to go in. When I went in I was not greeted I had to say yes I'm here to pick up and gave my name. The young lady did not say anything just gave me my order. I said that thank you and she mumbled your welcome. Young employees have to do better. Pizza looked dry but it was ok.
