I will never order from Pizza Hut on McCart ever again. First, my order that got delivered was wrong. I then tried calling the location and kept getting transferred to a call center. I finally got the restaurant and was on hold for 28 min before getting to someone to help. I've had problems with this location before, so I recommend getting someone out to fix this location.

Placed an online order and they were a bit busy at 9pm for a Thursday during my pickup. The dough for the pies had been overworked because they were like eating cardboard. It looks like they stretched a medium into a large. There was barely any sauce or cheese. Next time we do the Hut we will try the one by City center. It won't be anytime soon because they just beat themselves and let Domino's, BJs, and Perrotis take top spot.

I wanted to order pizza for dinner last night. I called and the phone rang and rang. I hung up and called again. Someone picked up but all I could hear was the employees joking around with each other and not answering the call. I called 4 times to get someone on the line, same thing going on. I won't use that Pizza Hut again! What kind of employees do you hire? I can already see how you're losing money and the Pizza Hut reputation.Sherrie Legendre

Completely negligent service. Cut me off while I was telling them they forgot my Pepsi and the door dash people don't know what they're even doing. Left me on hold for 20 minutes no matter how much I call. Bought something and they kept it. Trash place.
Worst pizza i’ve ever had. Clearly, not all pizza huts are equal. This location is horrible and I would stay away. Our order on the evening of 1/30/24 was cold, barely had sauce, barely had any cheese, didn’t have the extra pepperoni’s we paid for, and the “hand-tossed” was the same depth as the thin crust. Not sure how someone messes up a “fresh” pizza so bad without just being an extremely lazy cook. I swear this pizza looked, felt and tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. Just sad. ??♂️

This Pizza Hut sucks when it comes to getting a delivery correct. The website lets you choose delivery and then when they mess it up they say it comes through DoorDash. No where on the website does it say that the deliveries are through DoorDash. It never fails that they always forget something and then it takes over an hour to get the forgotten items to you.

The service is horrible and the manager is completely rude. Don't waste your time trying to call because the manager will just hang up on you. I called to add some food to my order but like i said he just hung up on me ! Would not recommend to order here.
