Just ordered from this location and this is the worst pizza I have ever had from a Pizza Hut location. Extremely over-sauced, very greasy and very little toppings. Will never go back to this location again.

Okay, so, I tried to order my pizza online from this location on N. Beach street, and it charged my account twice. I went inside to see if they received my order and they did not. The lovely woman at the front was so nice and helpful when we walked in. I just verbally gave her my order. She was so freaking nice and she wasn’t annoyed or bothered that I asked her for help. A lot of times, you don’t encounter nice human beings, at restaurants or anywhere in general, and she was great! —Great people skills ! :)

Ordered delivery. Paid 25% tip and was given uncooked pizza with melted cheese tossed in a box. Manager and crew was no help with offering confirmation on my end regarding order cancellation + refund. Was told the only way was to receive a pics from personal phone or for me to drive up to the store.

I just moved to this area and ordered from this location for the first time. AWFUL. I ordered a box dinner and I didn’t even receive the correct pizza. Box dinner is a rectangular pizza, mine was circular. IT WAS ALL COLD. The bread sticks were almost impossible to chew and you could tell that they just dumped the entire container of cinnamon in the middle of the cinnamon sticks; they were super soggy I couldn’t even eat them & they are usually my favorite thing. It was the audacity of them asking me for a tip. Huh?

The store had delivered my ordered wrong but was able to deliver the rest of my order in a timely manner. Thank you to the person that handle the phones and rook care of me.
I offered one star because there was no lower rating available. I placed my order online. After waiting 45 minutes I called (Christopher) answered. He politely directed me with the person in charge (Taylor) Taylor was rude and disrespectful. She informed me that my order had been delivered. Is hadn't. After confirming that that the correct address was provided she condescendingly informed my the charges would be removed from my credit card and hung up on me in mid sentence.
