Customer service was very unorganized took forever to get the pizza. Actually they had the order made but put it in the box instead of giving it us when it was hot and fresh. Pizza was cold when giving to us. I would not recommend this place at.

I should have walked out immediately after walking in. The customer service is the WORST. No one spoke, greeted me, made eye contact or anything! None of the workers spoke to the Black customers! Lastly, they took soooo long that I had to ask for my food' ETA. However, the food had been ready for over 15 minutes and they never said anything. One worker pulled two of my meals out of a bag and the other meal was sitting on the counter. I should have asked for my $57 back. But, I was in so much shock that I could barely do anything. The food was cold when they gave it to me. One worker saw me sitting there and didn't speak, but started trying move me alo g once they messed up. I will NEVER spend another dime here. I also told all of my friends and family not to even try this place.

If this bland pizza place reopens again, they should avoid hiring white trash, clean up a little bit, and put some effort into making the pizza before their customers pass to the pearly gates. At least let us know our pizza is still on its way, what in the world. Food is too bland for that wait.

Make sure you order online and then check again before arriving to see if your pizza is done yet. Then you can eat it there if you want to. If you want good service, don't expect it here. They took 2 hours to give me one pizza.
So does service matter when you’re the only vegan pizza place in town? Not so much. When you place your order online with an hour wait and you get there and your pizza still hasn’t gone in oven it’s kind of a bummer. The food here is great, but there really seems to be an endemic issue with timeliness in the vegan food industry. I don’t go here often because of the long time frames, but I thought I’d be covered if I order an hour before I leave work. Vite Vite Vite Pizza Verde

The mushrooms were good, could be a little more of them though, the sauce was overpowering the mushrooms. And it took a bit to get the order. Another star down for non-vegan and toxic spray in the bathroom.

I really really hope they reopen. I love this pizza place so much! The pizzas are amazing and I am so sad to see they are temporarily closed
