Their seasonal flavors are somehow always tasty. Enjoyed the Mardi Gras latte as well as the current white chocolate strawberry rose latte (and I am not a fan of rose flavoring).

I have been to this locations twice and they were not open at the time stated on the sign or online. Today, there was a person inside so we knocked and asked what time they open. She told us 10 which was in 20 minutes so we sat outside and waited! At 10 exactly she shut off all the lights and disappeared in the back. There were 4 other people that accumulated in the parking lot as well! I am from Louisiana and I make a point to come every Saturday before work but had to come Sunday this week. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful usually but today was absurd!!
Ordered beignets…beignet machine was broken and part wouldn’t be in for 2 days. Ordered granita…granita machine was out. Left empty-handed.

Today was our first time and loved everything we got! On top of our coffees we got the mini beignets and a slice of kings cake and they were both delicious. The beignets were nice and warm.

Waited literally 10 minutes at the counter for the employees in the back to stop conversing with each other and come up to take my order. Gave up and went to starbucks. Completely unacceptable. Happened 2-9-24 at lunch time.

Third time I have gone there to try and get the beignets and the king cake. It's Friday night at 6 PM and the one worker said they'd turned off the fryers 2 hours before closing and no king cake until Monday. Exactly what I would expect from a New Orleans place, not. This could be why there's never anyone in there. Not a single person.
