It seems like every Pluckers is managed poorly in the DFW area. I’ve been to Addison Grapevine and Allen/Fairview and FT.Worth and you literally have like a 60-70% of getting your order messed up or if you ordered an appetizer it comes out after your main meal. When the food is right and hot like it hasn’t sat back there for awhile it’s really good. It’s just pathetic service most of the time. I asked why my appetizer comes out after my main meal repeatedly it was said depends on who’s cooking

Food was great, there team is amazing my daughter works up there too. We love trivia night it's so much more than just a restaurant/bar this place goes above and beyond even on the busiest nights. They are highly recommended we never tried the food there until my daughter sommer worked up there but after we did it's been a constant favorite place to eat lunch or dinner at. The manger Zoey is absolutely amazing she does everything in her power to make sure everything is taking care of. Thank you pluckers team it's a great company!.

My sis had the Cesar salad added chicken they put a pathetic small size chicken on the side

Friend and I stopped to drinks. Second 2 beer was flat and the cheese dip was watered down. We didn’t drink the 2nd beer because of being flat. Manager said they will not take 2nd beer off. That is BAD management. Will never return.
Sat at the bar, service was terrible and after not being waited on after shift change we left and went to Hooters. Called and told management about the terrible service and told him where we were, why we left and would not be back, he offered us best wishes. Servers complain about tips but don't do anything to earn them . I would recommend NOT eating at this poorly managed with terrible service location. Even the first bartender who gave us bad service by not even giving us flatware or offer additional drinks when ours was empty had the audacity to bring up she was short on rent in an attempt to extract a humanitarian tip while under performing. Did I mention this business is making her a manager? Managers attitude, poor service, spend your HARD EARNED money where you are respected and valued as a customer. Thanks for the well wishes Mr. Manager. I wish you well on a failing business model. Management reached out to me after reading this review requesting contact information. I provided them with my email and phone number. As of 03-23-25 I have heard nothing from them.

We love wings!! This time we decided to go over to this location! 5601sw loop 820 Fort Worth! But I feel like I have steal😞😞 at the end of the meal! I asked my server Lilianna M if the tip was included!! She said no!!! We trust her! And we give her a good tip on cash!!! But when we get home and review the recipe!! We found that she add more tip on my credit card!!! Please be aware on this server!!! She can steal your money !!!.

Im used to going to the highlands location and the service there and food is a million times better. The wait wasn’t too long but my server could rarely be found , fries came stale and wings were cold. the second time I got fries they had bbq sauce from some ones order on them, they dropped my fried pickles as well. All the servers could do was say sorry , disappointed over all , go to the highlands location if you can
