I ordered a burger and chicken sandwich.
Three people behind me got their food before me.
I asked how much longer the wait would be she said “well you ordered the burger is going to take 10 more minutes”

I ordered at 6:03 and got my food at 6:23

Very good chicken at a great price. Loved the flavor of the chicken. Employees needed to be a bit more cautious with allergies.

The place is so beautiful, the flavors are so delicious.

I arrived and Jocelyn took our order once I paid I asked her did it come with a drink she said no but if you do a review you do get a free lemonade or orchata or Jamaica I said ok let me do it. I showed her the review and got posted and she saw it with the address of the place and said my manager is still looking into it so long story short Neither the manager or Jocelyn never followed up with my drink and I was done with my food had to get a Gatorade I had in my truck the food was good but for my First Time Experience coming from McAllen TX El Valle RGV 956 i was a little disappointed ☹️😞 with the service and professionalism manager could have said you know what I see you did it let me get it for you anyways but no my friend had to ask the other waitress about the drink and she was line well at least let me bring you some water but i was done oh well Dont think I will be back to this one 😢

I was on the phone for a long time and never got my order in the lady was so rude to me

My order was incomplete, the “endiablado” sauce was just buffalo wings sauce.
The charro beans were plain.
No chips, i just preferred pollo regio by far.
