Food was a bit burnt. Plates were coming out at different times. We had to keep flagging down our waitress and the place was not busy at all. Plus they tried to charge us the 20 percent when it wasn't even 10 of us. The waitress said that the wife's owner told her to add it on...we've been there plenty of other times and never have they've done that.

I went on a Sunday for the jam. The Fender Benders were great.
But I must say the bartender took over 15 minutes to even come to me and when she did she seemed very drunk or on drugs, I proceeded to order a beer, a bottled beer and she told me that the draft was on sale. I proceeded to say no thank you I would like a bottle. She seemed to not understand what I was saying so I repeated myself and she said again but the draft is on sale. I repeated myself and said but I want a bottle. The woman gave me a nasty look and I didn't get my beer until a different bartender came out and I had to ask her for the beer. So it took 20 minutes to get a beer and I was sitting at the bar in the place wasn't even that busy. There was a man sitting at the bar and said good luck getting service. Two women at the end of the bar were laughing and said yes something is wrong with the staff here. I said hi to the band and proceeded to enjoy my beer. Then tried to get the bartenders attention again to get my second beer. Took another 15 minutes to get her attention and then when she brought the beer I asked for my bill because at this point it's already been an hour and a half and I was not feeling comfortable. Took another 15 minutes to get my table then the woman said some little derogatory things to me. I said please just let me pay my bill I had two beers and I want to get out of here. I finally paid and when I went to leave the woman that was talking with me and laughing with me with her friend try to get my attention pyramid I went to the restroom and went to leave not wanting any altercation with anyone the woman proceeded to follow me out of the building. I got in my car and she was yelling something at me I rolled down my window and said I'm leaving and I don't even know what she was saying to me but then the next thing I know she told me I was rude wow I was rude, I was there for 2 hours had two beers had a difficult time trying to even get those two beers had a difficult time trying to leave and then was threatened in a parking lot. I will never be back there again. The jam was good but the people and the staff are horrible

Cool old school bar feel but Alfredo sauce has no flavor at all. Hush puppies were spicy and good and the fried shrimp and fries seemed to be your typical frozen stuff they deep fried. Sad the food didn’t appear to be homemade since it seemed like a whole in the wall place that tends to have to best food.

Went there for karaoke on Wednesday, but during the summer it's only on Friday and Saturdays. Basically a TCU bar catered for nearby students, and you can feel it. Jello shots for $5? Dang. Has 3 pool tables full of TCU kids with the backwards caps. Felt like a frat/sorority place. Left pretty quickly. Unless you go to school nearby, it's meh.

Never again will I drink 1 beer at Poop Deck off Bluebonnet.

So I was in town for just a short visit. I was at the mushroom pizza place, and I had to come over here to use the restroom and when I stepped in there the poop deck was more than I could have asked for. I had a cold beer and I watched a few ESPN videos what a magnificent place.

Great staff. Super friendly. Good drink specials.

Karaoke!! Wayne that runs the karaoke is the best 🥰

Walked in and was greeted by nobody. Couple of employees stared at me and didn't say anything. They mostly appeared more interested in their own food they were eating off of the bartop. I walked into the bar area where the entire bar top was dirty with old drinks from previous customers. Nothing clean.

I moved over some bottles so I can sit while the AC dripped on me.

The bartender was going off on this rant. Cursing and shouting obscenities, shouting at the customers.

An older gentleman next to me said "good luck getting anything, she's been shouting for 30 minutes. Hasn't made anyone a drink, Hasn't cleaned a thing"

After about 10 minutes, I walked out. Nobody in the restaurant, wait staff, bartender, manager, even knew I was in there.

One of the most pathetic things I've ever witnessed.

This is my first time here. I did a quick maps search for a nearby place to drink a couple of cold beers. I was heading to Burleson but traffic was horrendous, so I busted a "U" and was brought here. I was told it was a college bar, so I'm not sure I'd come on their busy nights, but it has certainly served It's purpose for now. If you're younger like me (60), Kay - the bar keep - said Sundays are the best. Thanks, Kay. I love your energy.

Usually go for one drink and to see the bands.
