Website is totally misleading. They make it sound as if they have an abundance of specialty sodas in stock. In reality, there’s about 7-8 neglected bottles in a broken cooler. Every surface of this place was visibly dusty/dirty. Literally… every surface. Not sure if they’re going for the grunge appearance but if so, they nailed it. The aroma of fresh popcorn smelled heavenly but I couldn’t bring myself to purchasing anything from this place due to the dismal appearance of an area that’s customer facing. I can only imagine what it looks like behind the counter. Customer service was also lacking as neither I, nor any of the other three customers were greeted.

The place was dingy and dirty. Hardly any of the lights seem to be working and a lot of the candy bins had old nasty candy in them. We were very sad because it looked like it would be a cool place, and maybe it used to be. Terrible customer service... Felt like we were a burden to them. I honestly wouldn't recommend you eat the candy from there as it didn't seem that they adhered to their own policies as far as gloves and tongs go. Asked for tongs and the girl bare-handed them to me touching the end that I would be putting into the bins. They have signs all over that say you need to wear gloves and use tongs, however when I pointed out that I needed a glove after she handed me the tongs, she kind of looked confused and then had to scramble around in the back till they found a pack of gloves tucked away somewhere. I can't imagine how they stay in business. I know we won't be back.
I used to come to this place frequently when I was in college and absolutely loved it. However, I went in yesterday and it seems like the place has really been let go of. Hardly any of the lights worked so the atmosphere was very dark and quiet. The candy bins were dirty and the popcorn displays at the register were also dirty. I almost didn’t order any popcorn because it’s hard to imagine that the kitchen is clean after seeing that the rest of the store is dirty. I decided to still try a mini bag of the Oreo, which has always been my favorite. The flavor is as good as it’s always been, though the popcorn itself is a little stale. All in all, I don’t think I’ll return which is sad because I used to be so obsessed.

Absolutely love Pop n Cream! The service is top-notch, especially from Michael, who went above and beyond with his patient and friendly attitude. He made the whole experience so pleasant. The popcorn is always fresh, and the variety of flavors is incredible—each one more delicious than the last. The bulk candy selection is expansive. The cool part is they give you a scoop and tongs of your own to get what you want and then you return them when you’re done. Definitely a place worth visiting again and again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty snack and great service!
