I show up and ask for a Big Box Chicken Tenders with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. They claim they are all out of the Big Box. I ask can I order all the items separately and the answer becomes a yes. So they weren't actually out as claimed. What should have been a $6 dollar meal became $17. This is a bait and switch SCAM. Food tasted awful too.

FLIPPED OFF BY EMPLOYEE!!!
Ordered for pickup on the app, showed up at 6pm when it’s says open till midnight, and the employees had locked the door while sitting on the counter, they ignored me trying to get in, then eventually waved me away and escalated to the two of them laughing and flipping me off! Then when I tried to get a picture of them, the smaller one hid behind the other while he covered his face, real classy establishment

Guy told us in the drive thru window that they only accept mobile orders Guess Popeyes doing so good they don’t want our money. Guy could have just took our order! 🤣

My Wife tried to order through the drive through but was told by the employee at the window that the system was giving them trouble and to order on the app. She pulled into a parking spot and placed her order. As soon as she was done placing the order the employees closed the restaurant. There is no number to call on the doors or receipt so she had to go online to find the number for the corporate customer service line. It takes Popeyes 10 days to give you a refund!

I went through the drive through today and the manager Adolphis was so rude. He was huffing and puffing and saying oh Lord while I was trying to order. Then refused to repeat my order to me and called me an idiot. I will never go back here again.

This place chicken in NASTY!
They got my simple order wrong…. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese…. Sandwich had NO BACON OR CHEESE!!!
And the lobby is HORRIBLE WITH ROACHES!!!! HUMBERTO SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!

Food is good but they forget something every time. Went 9 times they forgot something all 9 times unless you go inside. Ordered online the time said 9:06 pm came to the window and they said to wait there is no line or anybody inside or out stay away! It is 9:43 pm I had to get out and stand in front of the window for my food.

They wanted to charge me $4 for a little bit of gravy to go on the mashed potatoes that had hardly any gravy on them. Guy at the window could care less. I’m voting with my dollars, goodbye Popeyes.
