I ordered my meal ahead of time. Drive thru line was long but moving at a decent pace. Got to the speaker and let them know I was picking up my order just to be told to park once getting to the window. I sat waiting for way too long and watched 5 to 6 cars get their order and go. Finally went in and it was a total disaster. People were coming back because orders were wrong that left before me. The girls were on the young side a seemed to be in their own world talking amongst themselves. Once customers became angry and was confronting them about the issues they started speaking to each other in their language. I finally got my food. But the young lady that parked me was either on break or lunch and did not notify anyone that I was waiting on my mobile order. They were nice enough to ask if there was anything I want for my wait. Have to do better.

This place is terrible. Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Service is rude and takes forever! Waited on a simple chicken sandwich for literally 30 min. Would have been longer but I walked up to the counter to inquire what was up. She just looked annoyed and proceeded to make my sandwich with stuff that was already sitting there! They weren't waiting for it to cook or anything. Terrible. Its sad to because I love Popeyes! But steer clear of this location. To be fair food wasn't terrible, but not outstanding like Popeyes usually is. 1 start experience.
