This place is pathetic terrible customer service long wait times bunch of non English rude employees who are not properly train or supervised. This place is terrible and needs to be closed.

Literally the worst Popeyes I have ever been to they have consistently got orders wrong it took 25 minutes for one order. I highly recommend going somewhere else. The to top it off once o opened my food there was HAIR IN IT .. WOW YALL

I don’t know if it was the manager or an employee but my husband was up there waiting for our food and told him to pull up so he did. And 20 minutes passed by so he went back through the drive through and she bad mouth my husband and pointed at him and said move your butt up now I know she must of lost her mind to talk to too .A paying customer like that I need corporate or something too get into contact with me because she didn’t want to give him the information,.!!!

30 mins waiting for my food, ordered through the app for a mobile order they told me that my order is being made. 5 people were able to get their food before me. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, fries, and a frozen mango lemonade. When I got my order the rest of the food but they left my drink sitting out since half of it was melted at the bottom. Not worth waiting would not recommend, just go to a different Popeyes as this one is a lost cause.

The person who serves, robust blonde hair, thick build, not very tall, black eyeliner, is SUPER RUDE TO ALL DELIVERY STAFF AND CUSTOMERS, TERRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NEVER VISIT THAT PLACE!

This is the 2nd times that this has happened . Spoke to the manager and she said was “Ok” Where is the ethical service ?

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too , Popeyes opens at 10am we arrived around 10:20 to be told they do not have any chicken ready and that it will be 15 min for the order to be completed. Agreed to wait 15 min which turned into 30 min . Never again smh!

I went in for lunch today at 12:13 pm . The Hispanic girl that was making peoples orders that was putting chicken in the box didn’t have gloves on then she wiped her nose with her hand and coughed all over the food . Even the older Hispanic woman was the manager was right there and didn’t care , she didn’t have gloves on either. I recorded the whole thing , people wonder why sickness comes out of nowhere. That’s why business is slow now . Plus they didn’t greet anyone

Came here on multiple occasions and the food has always beeen decent. Chicken has been fresh but not the sides. Been an only one occasion were the stuff attitude was on the rude side.
