1.Manager is rude , unprofessional. 2 they close the store when it’s “understaffed” absolutely not acceptable by LAW . Food is pink and it’s long wait . Please don’t come here choose another location !

I tried to call corporate and will continue to call. The GM sat at his desk in the restaurant while the pregnant cashier was responsible for taking care & preparing food for everybody in line. I was picking up Uber orders and stood there for at least 20 mins. When I talked to him about it, he barely spoke English and was nonchalant. I sincerely hope that young lady finds a better work environment.

No one greets you. No one at counter knows how to identify pieces of chicken. They don’t know difference in spicy or not. They don’t know how to speak or take order. Just stare at you. They have plenty of people but no one is filling any orders and chicken is stacked high ready to serve. Every single customer asked for manager and she did not respond. One woman waited twenty min for two wings to go. One man was still waiting when I left after I got two wrong orders. Wrong chicken pieces. No spicy. All drink machines broken but they hand cups to every customer and wait for every customer to try every type of drink and get back in line and wait for drink. Food cold. Just overall worst experience ever. I normally love and enjoy Popeyes. Not this location.
