Lakessia was soooo nice and helpful with my online order

It’s a waste of time ordering food there. Those people are just laughing while you’re waiting for your order. If you order something there you have to wait for more than 20 minutes. Just because they are working slow and don’t care about their customers.

Missing part of our online order. Reached out to customer service and they gave me a $10 coupon for next time. I'm not sure why places refuse to just refund you anymore. The food was good but I just did not find the value satisfactory. For the price, fast food is absolutely not worth it anymore.

This Popeyes chicken was really good. I loved it. It was super good. Super delicious super helpful… Wheelchair friendly kid friendly and there were some vegetarian options. Like a wrap all the drinks are really delicious. I love the mango lemonade with strawberry parfait and honestly the staff was really good. I got seated down in a few minutes. The manager was pretty good. He was sweet. I love the food was super hot. Super tasty. Super delicious.

Great service (which is not usual these days). The manager is top notch. He was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable, welcoming, and great at what he does. The employees were attentive & nice. I will return & will recommend for others to visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You do not find good customer service these days, BUT that is not the case at this location! I believe the owner should compensate the manager greatly for a job well done for repeat business!

The employees here are pathetic, lazy, and are going to run this place down more than it already is. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED. ALL 3 OF THE ONES ON THE CLOCK ON 7/5/2025 AT 1:20 PM. I was at the counter for at least 3 minutes not one 9f the 3 of them standing in the kitchen egnoliged me. I went to the restroom, couldn't use it because the toilet seat is stained and looked gross to be honest. I washed my hands, returned to the counter. Stood there another 2 minutes. The female actually looked at me. Finally a young boy employee walked to the counter, he never said a word just stood there. I walked out.

Well I haven't been to Popeyes in like 8 years and I went to this one in lake Worth and I stood there at the counter after finding you the right door to go into and I waited and I waited and I waited and nobody showed up while I was waiting. I looked at the prices. Are you kidding me $11 for a two-piece dinner? You're out of your mind! While the people were I guess waiting on the people who were in the drive up line which was two cars. Nobody else was in the restaurant except for one man sitting up against the wall facing the front door. I decided I'm not spending $11 when I can go buy a chicken that's already cooked for less than half that. No, I walked out of Popeyes. I won't be back. They want too much for their chicken. I don't care what it tastes like. Last time I tasted it wasn't that fancy because I never came back and that was the one on Cherry Lane. Popeyes you got to revamp your menu. Cut back on giving your executive so much money and start making a product that the people off the street can eat and not have to go bankrupt. Now I'll go back to Chicken Express, Albertsons and KFC before I ever go back to a Popeyes. NOTE: I was contacted by the manager from Popeyes and he was regretful that I didn't find the place suitable to eat because of price. But I'm not going to spend $11 for two pieces of chicken I'm not that desperate but because of their recent commercials I thought I give them another try. Well it looks like things have changed since the old 8 years ago that I was at a Popeyes so I'm done. That's my review.
