I really invited you all to pick a different Popeyes to go to besides this one this Popeyes needs to be shut down immediately. It has the worst service ever after giving my order and paying almost $30. The chicken was dry and I didn’t receive some of my items you cannot reach anyone by phone to inform them of your order being incorrect and missing items which I find to be Ludacris. I would never return back to this franchise Popeyes ever on LAKE WORTH

I recently visited POPEYES and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality of the food and the friendly staff truly left a lasting impression on me.First and foremost, the sandwich I ordered was served to me piping hot and the flavors were outstanding. The bun was fresh and delicious, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich.The fries were also a highlight of my visit. They were hot and crispy, just the way I like them.What truly stood out, though, was the staff's friendly demeanor from "CLARA" I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, which made my visit all the more enjoyable.

Update: 02/4/24. I ordered a 3 piece combo, with a BREAST, THIGH, & WING. I asked for FRESH CHICKEN, SPICY, and I did NOT mind waiting. I even told the teller I was going to update my review in hopes of a better experience. I literally drove 45 minutes from home, to go here. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED❗️They gave me 2 thighs, and a wing that didn’t even look like a wing. The biscuits weren’t even cooked all the way through. The only thing that was fine were the mashed potatoes and gravy, and the jalapeño pepper. Even the Sweet Tea was DARK & OLD❗️I will be calling cooperate tomorrow to complain. This Popeyes still doesn’t allow you to go in and order/ eat. That’s ridiculous when the one in White Settlement off of Cherry Lane, is ALWAYS OPEN & CLEAN. It makes me wonder what are they hiding at this location ⁉️⁉️I was disappointed. Growing up many years as a 'Lousiana-nian', this place was inexcusable. The chicken was old & cold, the fries were undercooked, & the customer service was awhful! Mainly Hispanics work at this location & I was applauded by how they treated my family. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They hardly desired to communicate with us, yet alone serve us!!! I have always LOVED POPEYES, but after visiting here, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Pro: The drinks were delicious

Only gave one star because I couldn't give 0. Absolutely the WORST restaurant ever. Lobby has been closed since covid. Saw employees inside. Went to the drive through, couldn't get anyone to take an order. Waited, called out, pulled up to the window. Saw employees pass by and didn't bother getting my order. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. There will Not be another time. This place no longer exists to me.

We came well after lunch hours and the lobby was closed when it was supposed to be open. Left and took out business elsewhere. Higher ups needs to investigate this location, seems like they took advantage of closing the lobby when covid was at the peak and seems to never open the lobby (according to other reviews). If I was the CEO of Popeyes I’d be pissed to find out one of my restaurants never open the lobby. Not only did we leave I witness two other cars leaving as well because the lobby was closed.
