My order was wrong, I returned to the restaurant to try to fix it or take my correct order, but the surprise was that the restaurant lobby was closed at 9 pm even though they have hours until 11 pm, I don't know what kind of manager they have on the night shift since there were only two teenegers serving and only through the drive thru, there I had to wait more than 20 minutes to which one of the cashiers decided to solve the problem because the supposed manager was busy, when the manager appears I explain the problem to her and she sounds all aggressive and wants to argue but not solve, saying that she couldn't just be giving away food or doing three times, I brought the entire order back but she decides to assume that I am going to ask for something for free, she behaved nothing professional, and I told him that I always go to this same place in the mornings and I have always had good service, what a shame that being able to solve a simple order is so difficult and in the end I decided to leave with the wrong order because this market woman does not I understood, I know they get frustrated for not having enough staff but it's not the client's fault.

I had got the 6pcwings and a regular Mac and cheese. After I ate the food I was fine , I didn’t feel sick until later that night. I had really really bad bowel movement and I was vomiting. I’m also pregnant due to have my baby in 4 weeks. My baby is fine but I don’t know what they didn’t to the chicken but it really could have went left. I’m still have bowel movement and still vomiting. I’m just glad my baby wasn’t harmed during this.

This has to be the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. They had absolutely no chicken cooked not even for sandwiches and it’s 8 pm. Horrible!!!

My recent experience at Popeyes was nothing short of a health hazard, as I not only encountered food cooked in used oil but also suffered physical discomfort as a result. The rancid oil used for frying not only tainted the taste of the food but also caused me to experience congestion in my throat. The sensation of oil-induced congestion was both unpleasant and alarming, signaling potential health risks associated with consuming food prepared in such unsanitary conditions. It's deeply concerning that Popeyes would prioritize cost-cutting measures over the health and well-being of its customers, putting them at risk of experiencing adverse reactions and discomfort. In addition to the immediate discomfort I experienced, the lingering effects of ingesting contaminated oil left me feeling uneasy and wary of the potential long-term consequences. It's clear that Popeyes' negligence in maintaining proper food safety protocols poses a serious threat to the health of its patrons.Overall, my visit to Popeyes was not only a culinary disappointment but also a concerning reminder of the importance of stringent food safety standards. I urge others to exercise caution when dining at Popeyes and to report any instances of subpar food quality or unsanitary conditions to the appropriate authorities.

My recent experience at Popeyes left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite visiting the drive-thru during what seemed to be a relatively quiet time, I was met with an unacceptable level of inefficiency and poor service. After waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes, only to discover that they were out of salt for their wings and tenders. This lack of a basic ingredient not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the overall management and preparation of food at the restaurant.Furthermore, the wait time itself was completely unacceptable, especially considering the relatively small order I placed. It seemed evident that there were issues with staffing or organization within the restaurant, resulting in excessively long wait times for customers.Overall, my experience at Popeyes was one of the worst I've encountered in terms of service and efficiency. The combination of an extended wait time and missing ingredients made for a highly disappointing visit. I would hesitate to return to this location in the future, and I hope they take steps to improve their operations and customer service.

I love Popeyes!!!!!!! They now have French fries that are great. Crunchy crisp on outside nice inside. Chicken is always good. The one I go to is right on Western Center and I35. Workers are usually very good. They are young but they great you well and if you visit a lot they tend to say hi and ask how are you.

Ordered the Flounder Spicy Fish sandwich. Much smaller than previous years and drier around the edges. It's not as tasty as previous years. Really disappointed ?.

I had my thoughts on some good Popeyes chicken on Western Center in Ft.Worth But to my dismayed it was closed at 10:30am Thursday 2/15/24 But was to open at 10am. Management came to the window after I blew my horn. He opened to say there closed. Without any explanation. Mr.Jesus closed the window on me and walked away. I was left speechless.. What kind of service would you call it.I was very hurt. How can you expect your employees to follow this kind of behavior from a supervisor.

Pulled up to place my order in the drive thru at 10:20p, all signs showed they didn't close until 11p. The employee can on the speaker, asked if I had a mobile order when I said no she replied "Closed". I said I'm sorry what did you say and again only said "Closed". This is beyond poor service and not the 1st time. I'm never coming back ! This spot is convenient but I deserve respect and they have lost mine.

Last night they were out of wings when I went but they had more today. I love the sweet and spicy ones. I don’t like how they bath in sauce but the flavor is good and they are crispy and yummy. I do not recommend the garlic parm ones. Yuck, they smell like stinky feet cheese and they cover them in this white creamy sauce that is not at all flavorful nor appetizing to look at. I wish I would have taken a picture of them before I wiped the sauce off.
