Tried fish sandwich which had what tasted like mayonnaise and not tartar sauce. Pickles were slices of cucumber which is not a pickle. Bread was soggie. They had nothing out front like straws pepper, napkins ketchup,. Had to beg for everything, weren’t very friendly.

I had a horrible experience very similar to what others have shared below.

I ordered two 2 piece dark dinners came home and had a dry ass breast and tiny leg. Beyond pissed just incompetent here in Texas!

Okay don’t get me wrong. That chicken sandwich is the best thing in the world. That’s the only reason I keep coming back. The people are kind of rude but low-key that’s part of the experience so it’s alright only complains they take a while to take your order of the drive-through

I waited years to try the chicken sandwich after the initial craze when it was released. The guy who rang me up made my sandwich and it’s probably the best fast food chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Worth the wait.

Aint no way yall get a whole family back there, and it still take 15 mins to even acknowledge someone at the register.

This is the 3rd time my order was not right, I paid 29.00 for a 3pc white combo, which I got 1 breast ,leg ,thigh a 2pc mixed l relieve a leg and a thigh. Last time I will ever go to this place, also they won't answer the phone trash

Did online order no one acknowledged the line for online pickups. Had to stop the young man trying handle front counter by himself to assist us. Manager walked off line out the door.
