Very poor customer service by the cashier. It’s like she didn’t even want to be working. The manager had raise his voice to get her to come to even take our order to begin with since she was hanging out sitting at a table with another employee. Wasn’t given a receipt so I can’t even earn points on my order. Went to use the bathroom and saw water all over the floor so I told her when I came out. Her response was that “she knew”. Don’t stores put up wet floor signs anymore when they dump water to deck scrub or do they want their customers to sue them when they fall? The hours sign on the window said the lobby closed at 11pm. She was putting up the chairs just before 10pm. I guess they WANT to send the message that they are closed and not to eat there. At least that’s the message I got and we won’t be back.

I've been going to this Popeye's since it first opened back in the '90's. First on McCart, then on Alta Mesa (both near the intersection of those streets). The people who work here must be morons as the can't get my order right or don't even acknowledge I'm at in the drive-thru. I stopped going regularly and just go by once a year. This time, with only two cars ahead of me I get "please wait, well be with you soon". So I waited and waited. then waited some more for several minutes. So I left, went next door to a truly busy (about eight cars ahead of me) Whataburger, gave them my order and received it in ten minutes. This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to year after year. So I won't be back.

This location needs to be shut down. I was here just two days ago and the service from the girl in the front was horrible because she caters to get phone instead of to her customers. The food was horrible, it was not seasoned and cold and their famous biscuits were cold and hard. I expect way better service and food from Popeyes and this location is killing the he brands name and everything that it advertises.

I work nearby and occasionally stop by for lunch. The last 3 times I've visited it's taken at least 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries. The food is always good but the customer service and wait time is crazy. I pulled to the window today, she stated my order back to me and handed me my food. I said "thank you, have a nice day" TWICE! She never said anything back.

I went in today and the girl who took my order seemed as if she was under the influence. Unfortunately that wasn't enough for me to check my order. I ordered a four piece dinner for 17.00 and only received a super small wing, drumstick and thigh with no breast. I was unable to get a manager on the line when I called up there. Popeyes has really fallen off, how disappointing.

Terrible attitude from drive thru. Using terms like “what” instead of “how can I help you” I ordered red beans and rice and Mac and cheese and got fries TWICE instead. I literally came back to the drive thru a third time because they forgot the Mac and cheese. There’s construction there so I was literally waiting for over 20 mins just to get red beans and rice. Employees will start talking bad about customers right in front of their face. This organization is so unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, choose a different organization or career to where you don’t look like you just woke up out of bed and have an attitude because your lifestyle is a mess. Choose better employees Popeyes.

I visited this location and was absolutely disappointed with the service and the food , walked into the location at 5:30 and seen young lady at the front counter having the worst attitude snatching tickets from other employees and just being absolutely ridiculous . She had a ponytail and blue hearts painted on her face to give description.. we didn’t get greeted or anything and she was beyond rude while taking my other … I will be filing a complaint and going to corporate because guest and other team members do not deserve to be treated in that manner EVER. It’s unacceptable
