Food was meh. The chicken was overcooked. Service was awful. I was standing at the counter, nobody in front of me, for more than 5 minutes before I was even addressed.

Got there at 8:00pm. The lobby is closed. The drive thru line is moving at a snails pace but I reluctantly get in line. After 15 min, I finally get to order. The person on the intercom is difficult to understand because it sounds like they’re talking underwater. I order blackened chicken sandwich. I manage to understand that they’re out of blackened chicken. So I order whatever the next item on the menu is. I don’t dare ask if they have Coke Zero as I may not be able to understand their answer and I want to keep the conversation as short as possible. When I finally drive-up to the window, there are two people standing (as in on their feet) at the drive thru window. I strike up a conversation and they both tell me they did not get what they ordered. After they redid the order for those two standing people, I got mine and left. In total I was in line 20 minutes. As I’m driving away one of the standing people is walking back to the drive thru window. I ask and she says they messed her order up again. Go here if you don’t mine waiting a long time.

Hard to not love popeyes, though this branch has forgotten some items I had ordered but I was stupid for heading home before checking the bag. ALWAYS check the bag! Otherwise the food is always hot and spicy

I stopped by there tonight to get some of the signature hot chicken wings and of course did not check my order until I got home and they gave me the sweet and spicy instead, and I do not do sugar on anything and was very disappointed.Look for receipt in the bag so I can take them back and of course there was no receipt either.My suggestion to anybody that goes through their drive-thru be sure to check and make sure your order is correct before you leave the drive through window.

I would like to give them a higher rating. But their lobby is still closed. That whole thing is over and the only reason to keep your lobby closed is to save money. That's fine but makes finding a place to fit down and enjoy your food difficult. Definitely off my list of places to stop from now on.

I had to wait longer even tho I ordered ahead. And then my order was not fulfilled correctly. My strawberry biscuits were just biscuits. My spicy chicken sandwich wasn't spicy it was regular. My wings were super greasy and cold but they were free on the app so can't complain to much on that. Overall it was eh. I'll still go back but I'll check the bag before I leave.

I am an Amazon Delivery Driver and our van clearance is 9'6". Their drive thru is clearance is 8'6". So I walk up to the door, notice that the signs says lobby is closed for everyone except doordash, uber, etc. So i knocked on the door, and asked a worker could i please order inside due to my work van not being able to fit. He told me to hold on a second, assuming he went to ask some one for permission and never came back to the door. Very disappointed and will never come back to this location as long as im a delivery driver.

Took an hour to get to the window to pick up a mobile order because the lobby was closed. Get to the window and they didn’t have my order anymore so had to remake it! Then tried to bring me my order with the wrong side and no drink. Just about the worst

Where do I start? Waited 25min After ordering not counting standing in the lobby for 10 min just to hear “online orders only “ so drove to the drive thru, well maybe my food will be hot and tasty! But nope 30 min later when I receive my order was colder than my ex’s heart! This place needs new management.. Don’t try to call… you will find out.
