This is the third Popeyes I've been to in a row that didn't have chicken tenders. I waited an unusually long time in the drive thru to find this out, and I'm upset and confused. Is Popeyes not stocking chicken tenders anymore? I love the biscuits and the fries, but I really struggle with bones in my meat, so I can't really do the regular chicken they're always trying to get me to substitute for. I didn't write a review on the other locations, but this one stood out because they opened the conversation warning me about a wait after I'd already been in line for awhile. I would have waited happily, I just wanted chicken tenders.

3 strikes for this Popeyes and I will not be going back. They have always left something out of my order. My blackened chicken fingers tasted like grease with seasoning and the texture of the chicken seemed like it was artificial chicken. The biscuit tasted like old grease. Even their water was crappy. Not worth $15 a meal

Absolutely trust these reviews and get chicken from wathaburger or golden chick cross the street. Never this location! . :(

I have never experienced such complete incompetence and discourtesy as I did at this Popeyes location. Right from the start, placing my order was a nightmare. The employee taking my order couldn’t understand what I was saying, despite my having to repeat everything five times. I was stuck in the drive-thru for a ridiculous 35 minutes—at that point I was only staying because my family was hungry and I had already committed to getting food.

After that long wait, I pulled up to the window only to be asked if I had cash. I said no, and they informed me that their credit card machine had stopped working. Fine, glitches happen—but then I asked if I could still get my order since I was willing and able to pay, just not with cash. The manager refused. Even worse, he couldn’t communicate with me! He made an employee relay his messages.

It’s baffling that they wouldn’t at least come out during that 35-minute wait and let customers know their card system was down. Instead, they left us stuck in line with no warning. The result? My time was wasted, and I got absolutely nothing for it but frustration. Overall, this was a horrendous experience—horrible service, terrible communication, and zero regard for the customer’s time. You can do better, Popeyes. A lot better. I will never patronize you again!

The statistical likelihood of this place getting your order wrong is higher than them getting it right. They’ve been so terrible for so long I’m actually starting to think it’s purposeful or they’re making a joke out of it. There’s no way a fast food place can be this consistently terrible with zero improvement.

Very rude customer service, all the bs in the back screaming to Cashier ,go park her go park her like I don't understand , made me wait 10 min for my food.
All cuz they were mad cuz I couldn't understand them , put someone that can speak English clearly or speak Spanish !
Need to work on improving

Ordered a 16 piece with red beans and rice, they put the red beans UNDERNEATH the chicken when packing. Chicken was wet with liquid that spilled out while driving home. Restaurant doesn't answer phones, avoid this location if possible.

Haven't been to this location in awhile I didn't have good service or quality food b4 but I went in today around 7pm and it was a total transformation still had to wait about 15-20 minutes but it was worth the wait food was cooked perfectly crispy and on point I had to update my review please pay the cooks more 😅

This place should be shut down. They are always closing early, they are always saying they are out of everything, which means they just dont feel like working, and they are rude as well. Ive even had a couple of Uber Eats pickups here, and the order is NEVER available, they always say they dont have the food to make the order, Every time! Not once, have they ever had the order.

Horrible the mashed potatoes was hard and no gravy and the red beans and rice tasted like rubber it had a weird taste could not eat. The chicken tasted old. The guy taking my order was very short and rude I should have pulled away like I started too! I won't be back and now see why it was no cars at this location

They are a little slow but for good reason the food comes out nice hot and fresh always smiles on the faces 👍🤠💯

Picked up a large order at the drive through. Wait wasn't too long. Food was good and still hot when we got back to the house 10 minutes later.

I hate to give 1/0 stars but this place is the worst. They took our money!! We ordered our food online way before close. They were shut down at 1030 not 11pm!! We rely soley on posted hours. We went through the drive thru and tried front door, both times the employee's refused to check to see why we were here during business hours. When someone finally came to the door. She said "sorry we don't take order past 10p". This makes me so upset when we drive out of our way to get food from a place we did enjoy coming to. Don't waste your time, I also heard the food was not as good as it use to be.
