how in the fuck is this location always out of something. stupid ass workers. they must cook 3 pieces of chicken by the hour cus what the fuck ! no chicken tenders , no shrimp , no blackened chicken , no mac & cheese . it dont matter the time or day its always a fuckin issue with them

Went to the store at 830pm and the lobby doors were locked. We thought that was weird since the hours on the door said 11pm but ok. So we go to the drive thru and they are out of everything except ghost chicken? I wished I had read the other Google reviews before going or we would have chosen a different place to go to. Waste of time.

I visited this Popeyes 4/2/24 around 6 pm . I originally came for blackened tenders but as always they say they are out . That was okay I ordered 2 pc chicken wings and fries instead . The drive thru person gives me my food and it’s 2 old very small dried out wings ( I worked at Popeyes for 4 years in my younger days which is how I knew they were old besides the visual ) I asked him how long on fresh and very respectfully told him I didn’t mind waiting. He told me 30 minutes and asked me to pull up for fresh mild chicken . Well 10 minutes later he brings my food to the car it’s 1 Spicy breast and fries . I proceed to turn my car off while I’m pulled up and walk inside to give the food back and explain that I was told 30 min on fresh mild wings and someone just brought me a spicy breast . He then takes my box and try to correct this issue and says there’s no mild white meat only dark . I then reminded him that I’m already pulled up for chicken and did not mind waiting so I go back to my car for another 20 min and he finally brings out the food . The chicken is fresh and how the fries are very cold . It was a disaster . I spent over an hour at this Popeyes location. I would suggest better management and training for these employees ASAP !

I like Popeyes, but this specific location always screws up my order. The manager once decided to change my order because they were out of shrimp, but didn't tell me until after I looked inside. They also repeatedly left out part of my order or condiments I requested. Their staff and management are incompetent and rude.

This popeyes in crowley is so not popeyes chicken quality at all. The chicken was really small not fresh and absolutely no breading or crunch
Went through the drive through and couldn't hear because someone kept honking their horn, and the drive through attendant was impatient and rude as though it were my fault that I couldn't hear.I ordered the surf and turf and an oreo cheesecake. I got my food and drink, and was waiting for my desert when the attendant came and stared at me like a deer in the headlights. I had to explain to her that I hadn't received my entire order. Then after driving away, I discovered that I hadn't received any dipping sauces.I'm honestly upset that there isn't a zero star option...*edit* I forgot to mention that I asked for fries and coleslaw with my surf and turf and was told I could only have one side. I should be able to order 13 sides, if I'm willing to pay for 12 of them.*2nd edit* So, I wrote this review before taking a sip of my drink. I ordered sweet tea and got plain. They couldn't even get that right.

they didn't give half the order and they they missed the extra beans and rice that we payed for. They also managed to mess up the chicken sandwich that we ordered..... fucking terrible

I don't think I've ever given a really bad review. With that being said this was the worst meal I've ever had in my life The chicken tasted rancid it was just little tiny strips with batter on them very little chicken. The help was just like toss the food out to you and move on. I would say if this is the best they could do for this area you might as well close the location

It was 8pm and they had no chicken, no coke, no wings, they were already cleaning up… it looked like they were ready to close. This is the first time I’ve seen this store this way… I asked the manager if I could at least get a cheesecake for the FOUR DRINKS I couldn’t get… and he said no… when I asked for the money back for the combos he returned 2.40… saying that 60cents it is what it cost to make it a combo…. It was not a pleasant visit … I definitely not coming backEditing my post! I verified my order one of them was wrong, I showed them that I order 2 chicken breast and 1 wing and I received 2 wings and 1 breast… I showed them touching the chicken with my hands!! And THE BOY GOT THE WING THAT I TOUCHED AND PUT IT BACK WITH THE REST OF THE CHICKEN TO SELL…. TO CHANGE IT FOR THE BREAST…. I know that you basically cannot accept any food back…. Not less put it back with the rest of the food to sell!!!! It is incredible
