Dude, it's always this way when they open up a new restaurant in a hood like this people don't show up to work, the menus cut in half, how do you roll up here and say we don't have chicken nuggets. how do you have no chicken nuggets at a chicken restaurant? They need a new owner. Better employees or to close.

They need to up grade they fountain machine with a different Diet drink LIKE ADD COKE ZERO SPRITE ZEROThey need teach they employees to know the difference in the pieces of chicken and how to rung up the sales items when l was there there was 6 people walk out due to the manager on duty did not have the key on her register to ring up the advertising sale posted on the windows or the bill board at register SAD!!

Did a mobile order for pick up and did not get a response thru the drive thru speaker. Pulled up to the window and the woman at the register with her back ignoring me. I stayed there and manager came with shirt untucked and said they could not fulfill my order. Did not receive refund. Will have to wait for transaction to post in order to dispute.

I honestly thinking when I went the two managers that are girls that work therefore are super nice and intelligent people.They try and see what's wrong with the order and try to fix it has much has possible even if there no fix it in.I do think thr food is good for the most part and it's very nice environment for that matter thank u for the popeyes and I will be going back soon
