Completely messed up my order. I placed a mobile order and the bag had my name on it but was a completely different order, nothing was remotely close.

Delicious soups and sandwiches. We went to visit this weekend with the cold weather the chili was absolutely delicious.Vegetarian options: Soups, salads and sandwiches.
First time ordering and they did not disappoint. I had the 1/2 avo-turkey and chicken pot pie soup, my partner had the 1/2 roast beef and broccoli cheese soup. Both were delicious and the soup was delivered at the perfect temperature.Just the right amount of food for lunch.

Completely obliterated our order, despite bringing a printed copy of the menu. Ordered The wreck, Italian and another wreck with extra cheese. Came with absolutely no veggies or sauce. Choice of bread was mixed on sandwiches.Or?The catch was when you order the wreck it simply means they'll wreck your order. Wrecked so hard they had caution tape around or order.What is the meaning of life?

On my very first visit to Potbelly Sandwich Shop (near the TCU Campus), it's not that crowded!! Gotta love the Mediterranean Sandwich because it's spicy to me!!

I went with my boyfriend to go get a sandwich the lady that asked what bread we wanted was nice but when it came to the older lady that was adding the veggies, she was rude and was giving dirty looks at us but she was nice to the costumer ahead of us not sure why.

UPDATE!!!! I SENT AN EMAIL TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON 12/01/2022 AS YOU REQUESTED, AND AS OF TODAY 12/07/2022 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. IT'S A GOOD THING THAT YOUR FOOD IS DECENT BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!! One star and that’s being generous. Long story short, I placed an order online on 11-11-22, order had said it was delivered, it never was (also was not aware that they use a 3rd party delivery service). Called the store was told that the order was picked up, was told that they would look into the issue and call me back, never called me back so I called them, was told my order was being remade and would be delivered to me and that my money (total of $33 bucks for two sandwiches) would be refunded. Finally did receive my order which was about 1.5 hours later. On 11-16-22 I still had not received a refund, someone from the store had reached out to me (after I had sent an email in regards to the situation) to let me know that they apologize for dropping the ball and that they had reached out to their district manager to have my money refunded. As of today 11-27-22 I STILL have not received a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing to be told lies over and over again. I will try Potbelly again but DEFINITELY NOT THIS LOCATION!

The staff at this Potbelly are super friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are consistently delicious and it's always clean. I'm not a fan of the packaged mini chocolate chip cookies but I don't think they're made in house. Definitely go visit this potbelly and get a yummy sub. My favorite is the Italian. Go give it a try!
