I have seen so many people walk into here and I never went in myself. Today I finally made the choice to give it a go. I was not disappointed at all by the atmosphere and the people. They were all so very kind and so very helpful in guiding me to the best sandwich they got! When I came time to pay they sure had my back ❤️ recommend this potbelly to anyone in the area or looking for a great spot to hangout.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews & I love potbelly but my experience with it was terrible today. I get back home & open up my sandwich to find no mayo on it when I specifically asked for it. Then my husband’s sandwich has tomatoes on it when I specifically told them no tomato, along with asking for hot peppers on his sandwich, well guess what there’s no hot peppers … maybe if the 3 young female employees weren’t continuing their conversation between each other, CUSSING in front of me, & would have actually listened to me when I told them what I wanted on my sandwich they would’ve gotten my order right. I believe this is ridiculous & absolutely unprofessional to be CUSSING in front of customers & continuing their personal conversations in front of customer’s

I had such a good experience at lunch yesterday. The food was great and the staff were friendly, especially the man who took our order (I believe his name is Erick!) I forgot to mention that my daughter didn’t want her bread toasted for her pb&j so I took it back up to re order a new one. Erick remade the sandwich and brought it to our table for her. I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service at this restaurant!

I don’t normally take my time to leave a poor review but I’ve had in my last two visits to this location experienced such rude behavior from the same gentleman putting the toppings on my sandwich. Not sure his name but he’s slightly older so I would expect better behavior and not someone who complains about having to put toppings on my sandwich. Both my last two visits have left me insulted by the time I walk out of the store and it’s a little ridiculous. Once is tolerable but twice is silly…

The young lady working Easter sunday around 7pm your service was 5 star. i didn't ask for a receipt so i don't have her name but she was very kind, my sandwich was sooo good. BLTA+onions is my go to moving forward!
I will say though Customers service here can be hit or miss. The quality of the avacado could be better too but i'll be back!

Really bad experience, staff seemed disinterested, rude, didn't ask if we wanted a dessert like a milkshake or a cookie. Place was mostly empty but many tables not clean. Employees were distracted by their phones and not friendly to my wife and me. Restrooms were not clean either. I mean if it's busy I understand but they were not busy and the place was not very clean. Really disappointed.
Came here April 8th and ordered a BLT and a cup of mac and cheese, I now have horrible food posioning with a fever about to go into the ER. I was supposed to have my bridal portraits today so thanks alot!!!! Already complained to the health inspector of FW. Don't eat here!!!! And I need a refund!!!!

I’ve been to many potbelly’s over a couple states and, while the app lied and my sandwich wasn’t ready and they seemed to not be able to find the order for a bit, this is the best tasting sandwich from all the potbelly’s! Lots of flavors in here!

The sandwich was great! The drinks are horrible. The tea tastes like it was produced from an instant powder. From now on, I'll just order a sandwich and buy my drink somewhere else.
