I have seen so many people walk into here and I never went in myself. Today I finally made the choice to give it a go. I was not disappointed at all by the atmosphere and the people. They were all so very kind and so very helpful in guiding me to the best sandwich they got! When I came time to pay they sure had my back ❤️ recommend this potbelly to anyone in the area or looking for a great spot to hangout.

I had such a good experience at lunch yesterday. The food was great and the staff were friendly, especially the man who took our order (I believe his name is Erick!)
I forgot to mention that my daughter didn’t want her bread toasted for her pb&j so I took it back up to re order a new one. Erick remade the sandwich and brought it to our table for her. I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service at this restaurant!

The young lady working Easter sunday around 7pm your service was 5 star. i didn't ask for a receipt so i don't have her name but she was very kind, my sandwich was sooo good. BLTA+onions is my go to moving forward!

I will say though Customers service here can be hit or miss. The quality of the avacado could be better too but i'll be back!
