They were nice at first but weren’t very helpful, we hadn’t been here in a while and they seemed put off by the fact that we didn’t know how the ordering worked. The cashier was the worst of all, she was rude and impatient with the card machine, which was acting up. After I tried to explain to her what I was seeing on the screen she said, “Yea, it’ll take a sec.” After that terrible transaction was complete she asked me, “Did you want a receipt?” After I said I didn’t need one she just turned around and walked away, not an ounce of customer service in her bones. Do yourself a favor, pick any other sandwich shop, I’m sure they’ll at least do the bare minimum and speak to you! (The tall guy that welcomed us in and asked us how we were doing was great, it was the girls that killed the whole vibe and wouldn’t help us.)

If we could have gave zero stars we would. We went in this past Tuesday night to finally try Potbelly as we heard it was delicious. We walked in, and initially no one greeted us. The young lady that was taking our order was whispering so we couldn't even hear what she was saying and when we finally made our order another lady checked us out. She didn't say but two words to us. After, they just put the sandwiches on the shelf, no bag, no nothing. We had a short drive home and we both got warm sandwiches and then we realized they probably had been toasted for 5 seconds as everything was ice cold but the time we got home. My sandwich in particular, also look like it was just thrown together. I've included pictures. That's how it looked right out of the wrapper. No care given at all. Will not be visiting this location ever again

And to respond to what the restaurant responded to me, no, we would never visit again and we tell all our family and friends not to as well.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with veggies/toppings. They forgot the chicken salad! So we were left with a veggie sandwich. We live 25 minutes away, so going back was not ideal. Quite disappointed

Firstly they dropped our sandwich and had to remake it. They asked us to pull forward although no one was waiting behind us. I don't even know if they remade the sandwich. But we also ordered a wrap but instead of a full wrap they folded each side in half leaving out meat and veggies just extra bread. This was the saddest experience because the workers didn't take pride in preparing our food correctly, they just threw it together. I need a free wrap sandwich for my next visit whenever we decide to eventually go back. Yall need to do better...

Inconsistent quality of food. I came before and onions were caramelized. I came a different time and was given raw onions and was told that is how caramelized onions are made. I told them I can wait till the onions are done. One worker said it takes a while. I told her that is fine and the manager said all they can do is put it through the oven again. They remade it and barely put any onions on it and they were still raw.

Horrible experience in store, the staff need to listen to customer when they order especially what bread they ask for. They also need to rectify an order before making 6 other sandwiches and make you wait. Asked to pay & you stand there for another 10 mins while the meatball sub is going cold, the bread going soggy whilst waiting for your sandwich to be made again ! The attitude & ignorance of these staff blew my mind not even said I’m sorry for making a mistake. They all just looked at me like I had done something wrong.
Better places to go and pay $20 for 2 sandwiches.

It's like the employees hate food delivery services, they take zero pride in making orders. I order thru Ubereats regularly and it's the same thing over and over missed order notes, salad half full and small portions. Just awful customer service

THE F HEAD

One employee forgot a sandwich. I was cool with that, she said sorry I’ll get right on that and I moved on but then the manager started popping off with an attitude and asking me a bunch of questions she really didn’t need to ask me. She should’ve asked the person who forgot my sandwich. 1 star for the manager on duty in the red shirt.

Just got home and asked for regular mayo. There’s so much mayo on here. It’s made my sandwich cold. Time to retrain some employees. This food isn’t even edible.

Picked up lunch for me and colleagues on Monday. Only ordered (3) sandwiches and they forgot one. Had to drive all the way back and they had the sandwich ready but it wasn’t correct. Offered nothing other than a sorry. I’ve had food poisoning from this lunch since Monday. Don’t recommend this location at all
