The customer service here is always something I dread. I come here often but they're consistently getting my order wrong and if someone smiles at me, it's surprising. If you're doing drive-thru, don't leave until you've checked your bag. You're more than likely driving away with someone else's sandwich.

Maxxine was the rudest employee I think I’ve ever encountered at any establishment in the area. Rude to the guest and other employees. Completely uncalled for, should not be working in a customer service role with such an attitude. Made our sandwiches wrong because she was too busy with her unnecessary attitude.

My daughter and I went here on 5/16/26 to grab a bite to eat and it was just ok. The music was loud and one of the employees mumbled while she spoke so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Asked for soup and it was not with my order so had to tell her about that. She flung our sandwiches on the counter which I don't appreciate. The loaded potato soup was disgusting. No taste and I'll say for 2 sandwiches and two drinks and a soup for $28, It's going to be a hard pass. Will never order from this place again. I'll pay if service is top tier and food is delicious but that's not the case.

We ordered a turkey avocado, they forgot the avocado. We were understanding due to the large rush of customers. Abby said she would remake it, about 20 minutes go by and they still haven’t remade it, so we went to the order counter and stood there for about 3 minutes while Kem was in front of us without acknowledging us. Finally she said “yall disappeared” and handed us a cup of avocados after we had been waiting on them to remake the sandwich because that’s what we were told. We proceeded to tell Kem that we were told it was going to be remade by Abby but she looked at us and said “thats not how we do it here” with attitude and then goes “I guess we can remake it” with more attitude so we politely declined and took the cup of avocados. Will not be coming back to this location the service is mediocre at best.

It’s March 26th around 7 pm. Every single worker in there looks like they could care less about their job and all seem to have attitudes. Asked for the crackers that they forgot to give me for my soup and they looked offended and annoyed that I even asked. No “sorry about that!” Or “take care”. Just hands it to me and stays quiet barely makes eye contact. It’s been like this every single time I come here. I’m not sure if there’s ever even a manager in store but they’re not doing a very good job hiring the right people or training them to have good customer service skills.

Wow so I really just waited 10+ minutes. I was the only person in the drive through line, no other customers In the store. I got 2 of the most basic of their salad options - greens straight out the plastic with a dollop of chicken salad, grape tomatoes and dried cranberries. I paid for extra dressing and avocado. I got zero dressing and a little sliver of avocado. This always happens when you don’t check your order before driving off I swear. So I guess maybe I’m partially to blame? Anyway, I can’t imagine why on earth it took so long to produce such a sad sad meal smh… They do make great sandwiches though which historically also take a bit of time but that’s more understandable. And my sandwiches have never taken over 10 minutes. And they are friendly and professional. So 2 stars for that.

Completely got my sandwich wrong from the jump then at the end on the soup bowl that was forgotten I was given a cup of soup. I asked if she was sure it was a bowl and was told yes and charged as such. Maybe the worst potbelly I've been to in the metroplex, sadly.

The sandwich is literally all bread . They could do much better and I understand it gets monotonous just making sandwiches all day. Hope its gets better.

Great salads, sandwiches, and even soups.

First got the avocado turkey sandwich and it was bomb. I will say though, the skinny is SKINNY. The bread is great, I got whole grain and it was some of the best I’ve had.

I got a salad that I saved and ate the next day and it was great as well. Huge portion, gave me plenty of dressing, and good amount of toppings.

I did however order the BLT sandwich later and was just a little disappointed because the bacon was super charred (as pictured). I’d still order from here again though.

One star only because I had to in order to type this message!!!!
Disappointed! Went here for a quick meal and had some coupons purchased from local school. Got there and they placed my order only to find out they don’t take the coupon.
Now I asked ‘why’. The answer was ‘we just don’t’! Well, why would you be sponsored on a coupon you don’t support? It is not expired and the location on the coupon is the same location we are standing in right now!
Mind you, I could have gone to many other great sandwiches restaurants! Because it’s not about the money! It’s the principle! If it wasn’t for the fact that the purchase was for someone else, I would have left the order on the table!
Extremely unacceptable! No apology or concern! Sad for business! And won’t be getting mine ever again!

I just let from there ordered a tuna sandwich 🥪 in get home with the sandwich and it had chicken and tuna on it really

One of those places where the employees do not want you there. Nobody says hi, thank you or smiles, they all look very mad to work here. Few times ive been here for lunch have been very off-putting.
