Attempted to walk in at 8:40 pm the other night. My partner was wearing Uggs loafers, not house slippers, and we were denied entry because "house shoes" are not allowed past 9 pm. First - the shoes were loafers that you would wear with a nice outfit. Second - nowhere on their website is there a mandatory dress code outlined. Third - it wasn't even 9 pm yet. If you have required attire, make it crystal clear for people to know that before they put in time and effort to visit your establishment. Updated to say - I found their dress code, but only after Googling "Pour Decisions dress code". It is not in an obvious spot on their website. Quite literally everyone in the party in front of us was not following any part of this. The men were wearing solid white tees, sweatpants, and athletic shorts. But also...why so many rules? It's not an upscale bar.

In the past, I frequented this joint many times, mainly because I knew the bartender. Possibly summer/fall-ish of 2021 or 2022. I typically enjoyed beers there, but one time I did order a half dozen wings and the curly fries. The food--yes, I remember years later--was positively delicious. Cooked to order, hot, you get it.

What was memorable about it was that my friend recommended the Caribbean Jerk wings, which were lava hot. I managed to eat them all AND enjoy them. Ha ha.

I haven't been there in a while, but I do highly recommend Pour Decisions to all.

Went to order food to go and there was a venue fee(that didnt bother me so much) and 20% gratuity automatically added onto my to-go total. I shouldn't be forced to tip anyone 20% for simply taking my order.
She wasnt very friendly either. It was my first time eating there. Id ask her a question and she walk to me answer my question and then walk back to lean against the freezer then I'd have another question right away and she walk back answer then walk away
The only reason I gave 2 stars, the upstairs bartender was friendly, the food was good and the slide was cool

It was a nice vibe but very small and limited seating. Plus you have to pay before service

If you speak softly or ask clarifying questions, the bouncers will insult to you at best, and at worst treat you as a threat.
The worst part is that I was welcomed here as a guest of my girlfriend for an event thrown by her school. I was supposedly allowed to be there yet I was treated like I was supposed to leave.
I will never come back here and I will tell everyone I can that it is not a safe space for people with hearing issues.

Recent horrible display of homophobia during pride

Homophobic staff who are overly hostile and aggressive. Your gay customers shouldn’t be getting assaulted during pride month. Do better.

Bigoted and overly aggressive staff. Mainly the bouncer. People shouldn't be leaving your establishment with wounds from the bouncer being way too rough. Hope they get shut down before he fatally injures someone while on a power trip. So many nicer and more professional bars out there. You're doing a disservice to yourself if you go here.

Bartender treated myself and friend wildly disrespectful for no reason at all. I believe he was truly trying to provoke us. I thought he was playing but the man was seriously trying to get us to leave and not serve us. I see many reviews that state this restaurant racially profiles black and brown people and I didn’t want to believe that this was the case tonight but I’m clueless to why we were treated so poorly. We were barely through the door and he wanted our drink orders before we could even see the menus when we finally sat at the bar he threw the menus at us physically…my friend asked about a cocktail he told her to read it for herself which I found disrespectful too ..he was so disrespectful we didn’t order any food hurried up drank our drinks and left. Just want to say me and my friend had been visiting this place for almost 2-years every other Wednesday but we will never return. The Bartender upstairs is awful he doesn’t like his job or just feels he can treat people anyway he feels …he even told us one other time he doesn’t serve food from the bar so he wouldn’t have to serve us … get rid him he’s hurting your Business
