It’s really frustrating to drive 30 minutes pick up an açaí bowl only to find out the soft serve machine is broken. Luckily Mamaka was walking distance so my drive wasn’t a total waste.

Poor customer service. Placed a call ahead order. Walked over to get it. Apparently giving name and phone number isn’t enough to confirm an order. Had to walk back to get my phone to prove I placed the order. At least the smoothie machine is finally working now - last few tjmes I’ve been in, I couldn’t even purchase anything. I’ll be going to Mamaka from now on.

I expected there to be more fresh made options, but most of the juices are pre packaged and they grab them from a fridge behind the counter. I got the Refresh Watermelon Berry juice and it was delicious! Just wish they were made in store! Also FYI no seating or tables/dining areas in store.

I really like pressed over all but I specially love the Ube freeze, they have all kinda of toppings you can add to personalize it. The reason I like the freeze is because it’s not so overwhelmingly sweet like an ice cream would be usually so if are craving something sweet and don’t want to regret you life decision afterwards I think this is the way to go.

The acai is really good. HOWEVER, it never works!! Every time I come in, it’s always not working! You seriously need to get a tech in there! Geez! It’s been 4 months that I’ve been coming in every other week and it literally never works.

Sounds like horrible customer service is still a thing here. Very rude counter help. Walked right back out.

My first time purchasing at a Pressed. I wanted advice on selecting a cleanse. The woman at the counter seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing service. There was no one else in the shop and this was midday on a Saturday. This was August 2022, so hopefully staffing is updated. The juices themselves were fine. I’m switching to Clean Juice, due to better customer service.

First time visit on 9/5 around 4pm. There was only one family ahead of us. The acai freeze was delicious. They offer vegan gummy bears and marshmallows which is a plus! Roots 3 tasted fresh, spicy, and cleansing. Uninviting staff.

I did a pick'up at this location and tried the Aloe Vera shot that had a hint of lemon & the Avocado greens just fantastic. ..U can't go wrong with pressed fresh veggies and fruits...Dang I didn't the cashier name.. that prepared the order..THANKS ? the order was perfect...
