We have a brunch group that meets up once a month somewhere new each time in the DFW area and today, we chose Punch Bowl Social. I originally made reservations on Open Table a couple weeks ago and then we had some extra people wanting to join so since Open Table wouldn't accept more than 8, I called the establishment 5 different days during business hours to change our guest count but no one ever answered or returned my call. My husband and I decided we would just go a little earlier and see if we could add on. We walked in at 11:40am and we were the first customers there. The waitress and another employee were sitting at a table and just looked at us. I asked if they were open because it was quite awkward how they didn't say anything so I was unsure. We told her we needed a table for 12 and she immediately looked very confused and unsure what to do. Every table was available so all she needed to do was put tables together... we ended up suggesting what she could do and helped move tables and chairs. This server ended up being with us the entire afternoon and unfortunately, was by far one of the worst waitresses we've ever had. If you wanted something to drink or eat, you had to call her over to you and tell her. She never asked or went around the table. We were highly disappointed to find out there were specials when the other side of the table was served chicken and waffles. Apparently, she only told a few people in our group about them when they asked. My husband and others would have ordered multiple drinks during our meal but didn't since they were never asked again. Also, one of our friends had a hair in his chicken. Other than the unfortunate hair and horrible service, the food was phenomenal and that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. My Alabama chicken sandwich and rosemary fries were great. Getting our checks was another ordeal and difficult situation for the server. She lacked any sort of knowledge or serving experience and our group was super unhappy today. We even Googled when they opened at the table during lunch because we thought maybe this was the first week. It was not. Hopefully, they can better train their staff and hire people that know how to serve.

Went last sat night for my 40th bday party. Definitely do not go. Ifood is what you are looking for. Minimal menu and not great at that. Shocked at the good reviews. The drink service was at a snails pace! The only thing good at that place was ping pong and shuffle board. But beware you will be stuck in a room with no ac! And they won't open garage doors or windows for you. Do not order a $32 punch bowl that is crap! Oh ya and majority of games cost $$$$! Will never go back. Oh and all games cost $ except ping pong. Servers were decent. Waste of $!!

Spent my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend here it was a really fun experience. It was first time bar hopping exploring 7th street and out of all the bars this one was the one we decided to stay because they have great pricing and very fun entertainment.

I stopped in for lunch not knowing what to expect. Cracker Barrel just bought a stake in the company, so I wanted to see what the place had to offer. I still don't get it. Is it a Dave & Busters, with arcades and games? Is it a place for good comfort food? A sports bar? I'm still not sure. I had the burger and fries. Mediocre at best. And to think Fred's is just around the corner.

It's a nice place, ambience is cool and the coffee was good. The staff was friendly but the service was so slow, we waited an hour for our food and there were only like 4 tables. No one else helped our server everyone just stood around watching and talking with each other. The food was ok but not cooked how I requested it to be cooked. When our server asked how everything was and I said it was meh she just said she was sorry but never offered to make things right or ask what was wrong. When the manager came around maybe 30-45 mins later and asked how everything was and I again voiced my displeasure her response was to say "did you say meh" and laughed and walked off. Once we asked for our checks we waited another 30 mins to get them. There were few apologies but no accountability or attempt to make things better. It was not a busy Sunday so it's even more disappointing

We love this place! We tried their "knockoff burger" which is a take on a Big Mac. SO GOOD! Definitely a place you visit for great specialty cocktails. Try the Crampa Jack! Can't wait to bring our friends when they come to town for some mini bowling or karaoke!

This place is a cool environment, cool amenities, average food, but the service is absolutely horrible. I've tried this place twice now and have been underwhelmed and unimpressed. The servers are slow and lacking basic menu-knowledge and the managers seem careless and unapologetic. I wanted to give this place a second shot, but both times they were slow and the service was still awful. Save your time and money, I would have rather gone to McDonald's.

Went for a Sunday brunch. The mimosa bar was ok but had to order a small glass of champagne each time and get up and go make it. The fruit and juice options were nice. Had the burger with no bun and a side salad and both were unimpressive. Honestly wasn't impressed as a whole but maybe night time is better.

Falafel burger was awesome. Fries were blah. Punch was pretty good. Nice selection of games. Perhaps a little pricey.

I went in last night on 8-31-19. I ordered one miller lite draft. The bartender swiped my card. I checked my account and saw $2.00 was withdrawn. Okay cool. I was only in there for about 10-15 minutes. I didn't order anything else and I left behind a small cash tip. Not too long after, I was charged an additional $4.50! I didn't know bartenders are gonna be writing up their own tips! Never again! No wonder it was so dead in there on a Saturday night.

1st experience there today! Me and my husband were greeted right away and went towards the back where the shuffle board was, played a couple games and got a few drinks. Chris T. the bartender in the back was SO awesome!! He really kept us good helpful company while we were the only ones back there and he kept good conversation and was really helpful with ordering our drinks and food (we got hungry for how long we stayed). Ordered chicken & waffles, perfect home tasting meal 100%. Love the ambiance, and ALL they have to offer in that place for good company and activities. Over all just a great vibe, Highly recommend this place for a good time for anyone! -p.s. if you wanna play shuffle board, There's a "play card" machine you need to get 1st to put your money on to be able to swipe for the game to play. It's located in the arcade area near the bathrooms. We sorta had to ask around to find out how we play it, so hope this helps!

Came out with my family last week. I've been to this location before and it seemed like the perfect spot for out of towners. Our server was amazing and friendly. Took the whole tables order correctly and made sure we were good throughout our meal. Food is great. Games and drink are pricey but it's a cool spot. Will be back again!

There for is the best in the area. They bring to the table a new age experience that's not like anything else. Atmosphere is full of good vibes and fun.
