Okay they were our is chicken and it's of jalapenos then they charged me to much. The enjoyed try to be polite

My first time coming here and the bowl was delicious, the server, Aleena, was really guiding and helpful with my choices and provided an upmost atmosphere for me! Would eat here again

I don’t know if there’s new staff, but the quality has definitely gone downhill. I always order the same meat and queso bowl, and this time the portion was extremely small. What made it worse is that the manager is the one who served it. Very disappointed.

Tragedy struck. They wrap burritos like they’re trying to baby trap

The rice is not cooked and the chicken was burnt. I usually don’t have issues here but today was not good and that is very disappointing.

I always go eat at Qdoba after shopping at kroger. Today, 8:50 pm, there was hardly any meat left. The lady in the bar right away said this is all we have, grill was completely closed even though they close at 10. Not only was grill closed, it was already cleaned and everything so who knows how early they shut it down. Hardly any toppings left. My family left, we went down the street, one minute away to Chipotle and sure enough, as expected, grill still on, closing same time.
Embarrassing! I brought my son to try it out letting him know this was better than Chipotle, only to end up at Chipotle!

This location should hire some real employees!! Went to this location to give it a second chance (after being disappointed for the first time) but was a mistake.
The guy making my order wasn’t communicating or responding at all!! It was a simple order of veggie bowl. Starting with beans, even though I clearly requested him to drain the beans, he didn’t do that and so my bowl ended up like a soup. Moving on to toppings, he literally put 3-4 pieces of lettuce and I had to ask him to put more like 3 more times ( like seriously?? Who would be stingy with lettuce??!) They need to not hire high schoolers who don’t wanna work in customer service!!

And then the girl at the cash register forgets to give me chips with queso (that’s okay coz people forget) but she questioned me “you want regular chips or large? I have never got that question at any other Qdoba location!!

Never coming back to this location. Qdoba in Alliance is 100 times better!! Better customer service, never messing up with orders.

Burrito looks like a square and doesnt contain anything of substance. Didn't have options like cheese or jalepenos and letuce was obviously bad. Rice is under cooked. Horrible lunch.

Idiots didn’t want to refund me for THEIR mistake but thank God I ordered off DoorDash, so I got the full refund and extra credits

Think Chipotle but slightly better priced. Phenominal quality.
They dont nickle and dime you for all your add ons.
Value is amazing
