I have been to this location atleast 5 times. Everytime the employees are rude, don’t talk and there seems to be nobody managing them. This time I arrived at 6:45 on a Monday, they had no white rice, no black beans and queso. Avoid this location!!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The brown rice was partially cooked, the tortilla chips smell rancid, and my husband’s meal didn’t come with the guacamole he specifically ordered. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize these issues until we got home since it was a pickup order. We usually enjoy QDOBA, but this experience was very frustrating.

2nd time coming to this location before 10pm and they closed early.

Your doors should not be locked at 9:30 if you close at 10pm ! Really bad business.

Don't put it on your delivery drivers to call and make substitutions for customers. You guys have the ability to call customers.The management has an iPad that gets the orders in the computer.They can go and call the customers themselves.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share our recent experience in hopes it may help improve service moving forward.

Unfortunately, this was the worst dining experience we’ve had at any QDOBA location. We placed an online order which stated it would be ready by 3:39 PM, but we didn’t receive our food until approximately 4:05 PM—over 25 minutes past the promised time. This delay would have been more understandable had there been clear communication, but there was none.

When we arrived, it was immediately apparent that the staff was not operating efficiently. One employee in particular appeared disengaged and moved very slowly while preparing orders. It was frustrating to watch, especially given that other customers were also waiting. At one point, another staff member came out from the back and seemed to correct the employee, which confirmed that there were internal concerns about performance as well.

To make matters worse, the food quality was far below the usual standard. By the time we got home, our meals were cold and unpleasantly over-salted, which made them difficult to enjoy. We’ve always appreciated QDOBA’s flavors and consistency in the past, so this was deeply disappointing.

This experience left us frustrated and unlikely to return to this location. We hope management will take steps to address staff training and ensure better attention to food preparation and timeliness. We’re disappointed, but we do believe that constructive feedback can lead to positive change.

Got called a slur by an employee. I will not be ordering again.

I went in today and we initially had no problems; the workers were nice and efficient. I ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla and when I started eating it at home I noticed it was burnt which I won't blame on the workers since they were multitasking and there were quite a few other people in there with us, but the burnt flavor pretty much over took the rest of the quesadilla and it was all I could taste.
The worst of it though was when I was eating it and noticed I had bit into something hard so I pulled it out of my mouth and saw it was a chicken bone! not only that but while I was eating i had noticed the chicken tasted slightly chewy and some of the pieces were a little pink on the inside.
I stopped eating after finding the bone and getting a stomachache. very disappointing.

The lady who prepared food for me . While preparing one jalapeños felt on the table and she picked up and put on the bowl which felt me weird . They supposed not to do that . Udon’s is the best place for Mexican eats in the same way they have to care about food while preparing. And irresponsible staff towards customers and when the items over they need make it ready should asking customer to wait for 30 mins its not even 8pm . Very disappointing

Always a fan of this QDOBA. The restaurant has been clean every time we've been in there, and the service is always quick and friendly, which is important with this type of place.

I have yet to be disappointed in the quality of food received from this location, as well. The meats are always tasty, the veggies always on point, and everything seems to be fresh when we order it.
In the past, i would avoid nachos to go, despite really being in the mood for nachos, and opt for something that did not get soggy on the way home; however, the staff here advised me that I can ask for "deconstructed nachos" when ordering to go. If you're not aware of this and what it is, this is the best thing to happen to nachos to go. They put the queso and veggies off choice into the bowl for you, and then put your chips into one of their bags (similar to if you ordered chips and queso a a side). This keeps your chips fresh and crispy, and gives you a loaded queso to either pour over your chips at home or to dip your chips in at your leisure. Nachos saved and macho craving satisfied every time!!

If you've never tried QDOBA, or if you haven't been in years for any reason, I advise giving them a try again. They have lots of options to choose from, and even have a couple vegetarian options.

Service was great, food was amazing. I have to go like once a week. Food is super cheat compared to other places and you get great portions. And i enjoy the people who take my order.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
So don’t expect your rice to be made within a timely manner they originally told my family 10 min then 15 then it’s ended up being 57 minutes for some damn white rice!!!! Why don’t you plan ahead before you run out so you don’t do this crap!! The Mexican lady with black hair and some brown highlights is so rude and just laughs whenever you talk to her. The Mexican with a mushroom haircut and a red shirt is nice but he kept telling me different times because they can’t make their damn mind up!!! Little do I see them playing in there phones in the back I mean who runs this damn places if the owner can give me a write back I would appreciate. AFTER ALL THAT the food was horrible the chicken was uncooked and gave me a stomach flu DONT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DONT GO HERE!!!! You can also get Chipotle for a better price!!!!!!!!!!
