⭐ 1/5 – Disappointing Experience

I was really looking forward to trying this Korean corn dog spot, but unfortunately, my visit was a major letdown.

⏳ Long Wait Time: Despite not being overly busy with literally 2 other people in the restaurant, the wait for food was excessive. It took far too long for a simple order to come out, which set a frustrating tone for the visit.

🥴 Undercooked Food: When the food finally arrived, it was undercooked. I bit into what was essentially raw dough. Literally had to throw it away after I realized, such a waste of money.

🧤 Unsanitary Practices: What concerned me most was the hygiene. The workers preparing the food weren’t wearing gloves, and their overall handling of ingredients didn’t seem clean or professional.

🙅‍♂️ Poor Customer Service: There was no greeting or acknowledgment when I walked in. The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing a welcoming experience.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make serious improvements in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

If you want good food and drinks with the friendliest staff this is the place to go! Their mochi donuts are to die for and the staff there are really helpful, going into detail about each flavor and recommending which ones are great for kids. Whenever I stop by to grab a drink to chill or try their newest flavor, they always give me a big welcome in and never forget to thanks whenever I leave. Love this place!!!

One of my drinks was missing from the order, so I asked them to make it. They told me it would be ready in five minutes. Shortly after, they called out an order for hot dogs, but I let them know I was only waiting for my drink. Despite that, I still had to wait quite a while before receiving it.

I had the Hawaiian fruit green tea and it was excellent and refreshing. Becca had the strawberry green tea and it was very good. The fried cream cheese was amazing. I like cream cheese but not like Becca does but it was really good. Great service and clean place. Highly recommend.

Ordered the avocado stormy and it doesn’t taste like what it’s supposed to at all…doesn’t have the texture or flavor 😭. This is the worst drink I’ve ever had from R&B (carrollton location makes it well and with real avocado). We should have known by the color, it is most likely all milk and cheese cream. Boba is also extremely starchy. :/

I ordered two drinks from them and I waited for 50 minutes and my order still not ready. I asked the server twice and she was saying just a few more minutes and I waited 20 minutes and I was furious for the waiting time. People who came after me got there drinks and hotdogs but Waiting for 2 drinks 50 mins is not justified. I was late for work and I cancelled the order

I ordered 4 drinks that required black tea. They only had enough to make 1.5 drinks. Instead of telling me they ran out for the second drink, I witnessed them add water to fill the drink. They then let me know they had run out and could not fulfill the last 2 drinks, which were refunded. Be observant if you are going there after 8pm.

The potato mozz and sausage dog was amazing,and the hot Cheeto mozz dog was great. Also got the stormy thai tea with boba added. Definitely will be back everything was amazing!

I came to place prepaid future order for a dozen of mochi donut for my son birthday party at school. He has lunch break at 11:30 so I just wanna grab and go also wanna make sure that I will have the flavors that he wants which is 6 Oreo and 6 strawberry but staff refused to take my order. They only do first come first serve which I don’t understand why. I work at the restaurant and we have future order all the time with no problem.

Took me so long to wait for just only 1 drinks and 1 hot dog. 30 minutes. Their boba was so hard, not chewy. An staff was unhelpful at register and rude. Bad customer service

Mochidonut was delicious. Boba was good as well.
